Well, I predicted up this business and they only charge a flat charge of $50. Im keeping them in my phone book. Maybe its because im nearer to them? Im not sure. But $50 is a fantastic deal for me.
With me just incase I locked my keys inside my 17, I typically take a spare key. For some reason I did mot take a spare key. I called many areas to find out what their quotation was and most of them explained it starts at 39.99. So I kniw how much I spent since in a student, I needed an specific price.

Better than a locksmith -- good advice, friendly service, cared for solving the issue. Would use again for sure.

Lock and Road was fast, simple, convenient and differently all . Answered phone call I informed me precisely what price would be left, walked me and even had snacks in the end.

2000 stars. He showed up with quick and professional services, and finished the trade with a fruit strip (yes. The snack). So wonderful. Makes me want to live in seattle.

Great experience. He tells you what to anticipate $$ before he comes and he's super friendly. He also offered me some other tips that were useful that I will certainly be using later on! Thank you for the great service!

I yelped to get a locksmith nearby and this is actually the only one. I had been a little worried when we had been on the telephone and because all the testimonials just stated autos, he did not ask what happened and what type of locks I'd - which is why I am giving 4 stars.
By remaining outside, when he unlocked my door, he respected our privacy. Thank you and for suggesting tools we could use to really prevent us from calling you such as a secret safe!
I got locked out of my residence although I feel dumb submitting this. It was a really early morning that is cold and I'd put on my jacket, gloves, and hat thinking my keys were in my handbag already-Nope!
He gave me a flat rate immediately, even though I wished he'd have been over the telephone since he kept me updated of his coming standing and he was quite professional.

Fantastic! The man brings you snacks when he unlocks your door!
The man on the phone told me he would charge me half of the cost of another guy's rate if he managed to open the doorway and seemed honest and nice. Lock and Smith came within 40 mins of my call which was their specified estimated time and acted in a professional manor compared to another firm did. Made me feel extremely comfortable because it was 1 am in the morning, and I tried to input into a home which wasn't actually mine. I'd never had a situation happen like that to me, so being completely naive about how things should happen, I warn other yelpers to be cautious on who they predict as looking back on it I see how simple it might have been taken advantage of. Happily here is if you need it, any time of the 18, a locksmith you can expect.
Here was my situation:
I was dog sitting and I had been outside to the deck and I had been unaware that the doorknob was locked in addition to the deadbolt over it, so when I unlocked the deadbolt. Haha not the situation. After being sketched out by a man that charged me to come over and try and charge me 169 bucks to break my lock and not replace it, then I bid him goodbye and fortunately Lock and Road's number.

Experts: open on Sunday on a Vacation weekendCons: Customer Services
We called another firm who stated they could be there in 20 minutes (and were).
Desired a snapped key removed from a ignition and a care key made. Called Lock and Road who stated a person could be there in 30-60 minutes and hurried to get off the phone; this sounded reasonable for a holiday weekend. Waited that the 60 minutes and nobody showed up or called to say that they ran late. Phoned back, the exact same girl who we originally spoke with rudely stated we'd only called a few minutes ago (though it'd been the hour timeframe) and stated the crew were still working on the next job and would not be achieved for 20 minutes. Would not recommend.

Great Encounter with Noah. My mom secured all types of important papers in a lateral filing cabinet, then set the key in a secure place -- never to be seen again! We had those newspapers! Found set an appointment for the afternoon and Noah on Yelp. He arrived just on time, was very personable, chose the locks (there were just two of these ), all for just $75. I was very happy and would use him again.

Professional! Must call should you lock your keys in your car (like I did). It wasn't simple to receive my car unlocked, but Noah(employee) got the work done. His customer service was fantastic and he had been very polite. I would recommend these guys.

I absent-mindedly locked my keys from the car and they came instantly to help my car open. Not merely was it relatively inexpensive ($50 vs $150 it cost in other locksmith companies) but the man had my door open in less than 10 minutes. To top it all off, I was given a piece of chocolate to help ease the pain of being put back 50 bucks. Very satisfied customer! Highly recommended for people in need of help

I can not say enough great things about Lock and Road, aka Downtown Services. After a few weeks of car problems it finally broke down leaving me my car cried after final period in Pioneer Square. With the guidance of some of Volume's strapping young security guards, I was able to push (read: steer) my car into a free parking place so I would not be hammered on Sunday.
I can not say enough great things about this place Like I said at the beginning. They treat you like family from the beginning, and you can feel secure your car is in great hands. They make sure you understand why and what you're paying for and keep in communicating that is great with you the time. Their customer support is actually high quality and I am recommending them to EVERYONE. Are they a mechanic that is mobile, but they also offer roadside assistance, tire repairs, services, and pretty much anything and everything under the sun that's to do with your car. And they're open 24/7. What more can you ask for????
Noah met me down 2nd and S. Washington and was not able to receive my car to start. He told me he would need to take it into the store. Much to my surprise, they offered me a free tow in South Seattle into their store! By this time it was about 6pm and Pioneer Square was dim and I dreaded the march into the bus tunnel. Thankfully, Noah provided me a ride that was deeply valued to my house.
Since it came time to pick up my tab I found myself getting nervous there had to be some hidden fee I overlooked I misheard concerning the tow being totally free, or I'd be charged for the rides. Nope. I was charged $130 for its analysis, the labor, the part, a tow from downtown to South Seattle, drop-off and pickup in North Seattle, along with great conversation with two educated individuals. Oh yeah, and we're planning a pot lock from all our different cultures.
Noah picked me up with Yarik, the technician who worked on my car and we exchanged great conversation all the way while traveling through Seattle.
Initially, I was quoted a flat fee for its labor and an approximation for the part they'd received from an affiliated parts shop. My telephone rang that Sunday evening and it was Noah telling me that a technician determined the problem was something different than originally suspected and had seemed in the car. The labor would be more expensive, but cheap while the part was cheaper. If I wanted to proceed forward with their solutions, they desired to learn, and I was game.
I searched for an automobile mechanic in Yelp that could come have a look and was available that late sunday afternoon. I took a chance and gave them a telephone, while there were not any reviews.
Early Monday afternoon Noah called me again and let me know that if they'd gone to the car in the store they'd discovered that the part was not actually faulty, only a cable from that part (the newcomer ) into the battery. The cable cost me $10 and the labor was 120. He asked if I was ready for them to come pick me up and take me to receive my car. Heck yeah I was!

On top of all that, since they billed my insurance even though it was only $40 I didn't have to pay anything! They are the ones to call In case you have a problem!
This morning, I was ready to go... but my car was not. After trying the service station round the corner, I sought some yelp help. (Since I am of the lady persuasion, I had been afraid of getting ripped off) I am quite glad I did since it led me to Lock and Road's roadside help.
After being encased in snow for days my'97 Honda Accord fell prey into a mould infestation. I had an appointment to take it to be more detailed. The day before I had turned my car on to let down the windows so it'd air out a little while I removed my possessions.
It was that it was not my battery, but my fuel had separated in the tank out of inactivity with less than half of a tank. Did not know that happened! He provided other services since he had to charge me for coming out. He tested the alternator and treated my battery clean and waited to be certain that the car would continue running. Then he also suggested ways for me to save money (like switching to Zip cars) since I don't use my car that frequently and answered other questions that I had about Honda maintenance in general. Then, when I thought the encounter could be better, he then pulled out a big jar of fun size chocolate saying,"here's something to hopefully make your difficult day a bit brighter." It did! I had been so peppy As soon as I got to work! A change from all the cursing I do a few hours
The dispatch was friendly, yet straight. He called me to let me know and I appreciated that, although a bit behind schedule ran. I was never quoted a time of arrival so that he didn't have to perform it.

My boyfriend was in NY visiting family, while he was gone, and I was borrowing his car. So. . .of program, being my fortune, I ended up leaving the next day the bettery was lifeless when I went to start it up and the lights . In addition, it appears to be the key does not work if the battery is dead, either. So I couldn't jump the battery myself. This all occurred on day my boyfriend was coming back home....who also lives 45 minutes from me, so of course he'd need his car to get home.
I came across Lockn' Road on Google, also called them because they're right by me in Northgate. The one thing that was not amazing was that it took them 30 minutes to come, but he arrived and repaired the car right up - Unlocking it and leaping the battery. It only cost about $50, which is not bad at all compared to other roadside services.
Noah Strasbourger was so nice and patient. He gave me some tips and tricks about if it were to happen again/how to stop it.
This review is long overdue, but I assured Noah.
I'm a customer! I would definitely recommend Lockn' Road.

I am fairly new to city and did not know when I locked my keys in my vehicle, who to call or trust. Yelp was utilized by me and saw the awesome testimonials and attempted Lock and Road. They fast got to my place and it took two minutes to have my car unlocked. They also even offered to submit to insurance for me. . .very impressed!!!

Lock and Road were amazing for me, my car was not starting and I did not understand why. Noah was on time and had my car purring away in 2 minutes flat. He spoke to me with respect and patience and was enlightening. I truly enjoyed his help! Would recommend to all.
