I can't understand how someone can be so rude and degrading over the phone and operate in a service occupation. Absolutely horrible support. I dont even want to give them one star but I have to.

Absolutely terrible support. Complete absolute rip-off. That sums up my experience with this enterprise. Word to the wise DO NOT trust these people. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING THEY GIVE YIU UNTIL THEY COMPLETE THE WORK. I will make sure no one I know uses them and won't ever use them . Word to the wise, use another firm.... Oh and did I mention my lock is broken? Before calling these men, seriously, think twice.

This service was expensive! What a ripoff. I used another service before that was the price! The tech was nice enough, but I felt like he was deceiving about the service price! Do not call them!
