SPEEDY RESPONSE, PROFESSIONAL, Terrific SERVICE!I wanted to alter my door locks and handles and just moved into a new house. Craig responded to my queries through Yelp messenger and was very detailed. I had a few hiccups on the parts I purchased and Craig was excellent about obtaining the right components and running into Home Depot. He also did a min altering of inside doorknobs.

Thanks Craig for the work and all your patience with the previous minute asks!! I loved it. Will definitely recommend you to everybody for their needs.
Everything seemed fantastic! Craig did warn me about a few esthetic problems that might result after shifting the front door handle (old handle was another shape and the doorway may require a paint touch up following the replacement handle was set up ). I loved the heads up, although it didn't turn out that bad.

Just wrapped up with Craig out of Pop-a-Lock and that he was fantastic. The responsiveness was great. They were able to set up an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, and the work was done and Craig was kind and easy to interact with. I would suggest them to anyone who requires a locksmith!

Not to happy with their solutions. Broke from your men place and it takes two hours to get a gallon on gas? I mean that I get it, it's a busy company but you guys broke down in the middle of the street or freeway and need to keep in mind that people aren't safe when they're stranded. On top of that I had to call 30 mins following the eta they gave my insurance being told 15 mins and then just to be on hold for more than 5 mins. Geico consistently provides some great road support which can be fast and effective but not this time with a lock. I am really writing this remark as the 15 min the shipment gave me is up now, two etas given and this company didn't adhere to one of them. I will be sure to take the survey on the satisfaction and this company throughout my insurance.

Upgrades: Craig and his team came to my aid for rekeying a door lock. Because of HOA limitations, we could change the lock in order to keep the appearance that is unified with our neighbors. Contrary to the other quotes I have with offering to change the lock off the bat, which start, Craig took the opportunity to understand my needs.

I value their professionalism and great effort put. Can upgrade after the ceremony is done and return.

The lock hasn't yet been used for 2 years and can't be chosen or rekeyed throughout their first trip. They offered to return this Saturday bring it to take the door down and bring back it to us day.
As we all consented, mark showed up at 7:30 sharp. Took our old lock off and brought it back in the end of the afternoon as promised. We are very satisfied with the skilled and worry free service at a really reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I phoned Poo-a-Lock to help me gain access to your storage space due to a key. Craig gained access came exactly on time and created keys. He was professional, responsive, and I really appreciated how he had been respectful of the time. Highly recommended.

I pulled up to in n out earlier today and enjoy a dumb dumb I ended up locking my keys in the car (yeah, happens to the best of us too). So that I had no one to help out near 15, I'm from Vegas. I googled who could help out near by and pop a lock was among the very first ones to"pop" up. I was really happy with how fast they were able to reach me and just how quick my little injury managed to be taken care of. It really helped relieve the original strain! Thanks Will!

Called on a Sunday evening. Can't thank them enough for relieving our stress. I recommend this crew and the response they supply!
The telephone was answered and we had a technician out over 30 minutes. Gained access to our garage which had a dead keypad, and we were able to get into our car!

Craig was awesome. He arrived and he was quick to react to my quotation and re-keyed my home fast. He was very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend!

I phoned Pop-a-Lock once I left my keys. I was told it would take 45 minutes to get a motorist to arrive. I waited two hours and plus for the driver to arrive. The operator called twice to test the motorist and advised me he ran . I was told twice that he was 15 minutes away from me and the driver went to phone me. He didn't call me. I understand sh*t occurs and traffic in LA is dreadful but I'd have enjoyed a call letting me know he arrived late. Rather I waited outside on a hot day with a baby on arms and a toddler to allow him to arrive. Bad experience. Lesson learned.

I wanted to upgrade door knob locks and two deadbolts. Concerned about security, I had been set on Medeco deadbolt locks. I discussed my concerns/desires together with the locksmith. He had been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had to dictate the locks. Concerned about this, I discussed the problem with him. His motive was an entire set of Medeco locks was too expensive, and the most crucial piece (Medeco cylinder) was purchased. Money was saved. Saving money is GREAT! I love honesty and ethics. Lay out the details and let the customer decide what to do.

Will (driver 13) was really useful and responsive. He had me car open but took the time to make certain there was not any harm.
Before arriving to let me know he was round the corner May called me a couple of minutes. This enabled me to keep working until he was close by. I'm very impressed with the responsive service Pop-A-Lock and Will provided.

My keys were stolen so that I was paranoid. I found. Service here was attentive, fast, and efficient. Staff were very professional and helpful. They could set me with a locksmith with extended work hours. I loved how they took the time to describe all options together with the costs to help me select the best choice.

Craig is the guy to call services will be needed by you. He is quite educated and gave me advise on which spare key that is correct to order online that would work for my car. He's very responsive and did quality work in my cars. Craig is strongly recommended by me and will surely use him again.

2.5 hours nothing and waiting... still! The rep told me that Geico marked that the service done so that is why they did not come, making no sense since Geico is not doing the task, this firm is. The supervisor apologized for his workers lies. Ive known as a total of 4x and the 3x they kept extending the ETA until finally they told me that the service was complete. Do not conduct business together.

Some of the best services I've ever received! They got my replacement fob set up way then what the dealership would of! I can't recommend these guys enough!
