I predicted at 9pm. 30 minutes later Joe had me in my condominium. He had me show ID and a bit of mail from inside to reveal him it really was my location. I felt secure and safe and would definitely use his services again. (though I hope I do not have to) Joking aside, Joe and his firm are fabulous. I felt the price was fair and reasonable. Joseph is Wonderful! He did a wonderful job and worked to install a very complicated and new lock! He explained me everything obviously so I knew how it worked, and made sure before I left I was 110% happy with the job. He called to follow and be sure everything was working well, which it was!
