I'm contacting the machine maker to report them don't conduct business with this organization. Also starting legal proceeding. Not the way to conduct business.
Owner of the firm said they will get another firm who sells a different system for us. I was ready to pay the difference in price. I came to find out that I was paying for not only the new equipment, but also the labor to replace the device that Locksmiths USA sold me, plus they weren't crediting me for the machine they installed! This is the Email I received from these (attached). Shouldn't be the buyers difficulty that they can not get the machine that is why we employ professionals.
Don't use this organization. They indicated a product that they resell and we spent to get set up. This is a Doorbird IP Intercom system for my employees to use a keyfob. My employees have been stuck outside the workplace on several occasions to get in the workplace.
