I would recommend using these guys!
I moved into a brand new apartment and my door was a little jenky. I spoke to a rep and phoned Locktech. She said somebody would call me back shortly and took my advice. Tom called me.
This whole process was easy. I texted him some pics of my present lockand he gave me an estimate over the telephone. He asked what my program was like, and squeezed me in between appointments. He explained all of my choices and was friendly. The job was done quick and perfectly.

Tom, from Locktech USA has come by twice to perform work for me. Both times, he did an superb job for an affordable price. He also did research to find a really"hard to find" replacement lock for me. Locktech is now my"go to" locksmith in Brooklyn. Over his work, Tom is a really wonderful man. He's a major animal lover, so we showed each other photographs of them and had discussions about our cats. Tom has a stunning male Bengal cat. From his love of animals, It is obvious that Tom is a person. I highly suggest Lockteck, as you can not go wrong with competence, going the additional mile, a fair price and great hearted staff!

Very happy with there costs and operate. Tech came to put in an electronic lock and I ended up having a keyset and deadbolt installed. If desired I would use them. Scheduled through Yeld, they had been on time and even called to say they.

To get a commercial space -- it was expensive but the technology was and came on time fast and professional

Quick (came in ~40 minute ) and favorable for emergency apt door unlock but that I should have asked the cost . Cost $293 to drill the cylinder in about 5 minutes time. Discount for cash payment given.

As I paid $500 for a new lockset which afterwards broke my experience with them was unsatisfactory, and the second repair didn't last long. After some complaining on my part a technician that was different was sent by them and they left things right. The proprietor wanted to have me as a customer, which I am and listened to me although it was not all smooth sailing. Business people.

Had a great experience with Locktech USA. Tom was quite friendly, knowledgable, and on stage. I had a dead bolt installation on my front door, and I felt safer. I'd same day service after obtaining a quote, and they had been at my house immediately. I'll work with them again next time I have yet another lock job at hand.

I had three locksmiths come by to check out our broken door. It was an older door with a distinctive (outdated) locking system. The first place we called flat out said they couldn't fix/replace it. The next area said we'd need to wait for two weeks. Tom from Locktech USA came and was able to fix it the following morning. He was incredibly professional, friendly and communicative. Highly recommend.

Tom was amazing! The key to my apartment would not go in the lock and he came over late at night to help me. He explained all my alternatives for upgrading and fixing and what was wrong with the lock. He was very knowledgable and did a great job repairing the lock. It looks great and I can say I am safe inside my apartment! He's also a big lover of cats and appreciated petting both of mine :)

The support tech requires 20 minutes to repair 2 terrace door latches, replace a door knob and install a new mailbox lock and just showed up immediately. The costs were reasonable. I was really glad that someone may come out on this short notice on a Sunday.

We had been locked out of the flat and Lochtech arrived within 20 minutes. Tom(er) is a very courteous locksmith, managed to open up the lock and diagnose the issue. Though he managed to make adjustments and lock, he advocated replacement as this isn't the first time. We plan on utilizing Locktech to the replacement.

Ilya was super effective! He gave me a quotation via text and then changed a lock on a door in under 5 minutes that we were told could not be changed by another contractor. I will use him again!

Ilya is the very best. I reach out to him every month or so for gaining entry to commercial areas (evictions, tenant walks out, employee missing keys), and that he has not let me down. Availability has always been within a 24 hour window, communicating is outstanding, and pricing is equally good, with no fees that are unexpected. Highly suggested.

The best!! I called and Ely came over the 20-30 minute window. Described what he was friendly and was doing with all the high security lock and quick!! If you're locked out, would recommend and need friendly service!

They came out in the rain at 3am to allow us in when we got locked out of our apartment. The owner is a super nice, honest man. Highly recommend.
