These guys are cool as hell, in the moment you put until now the guys are done with the job, these guys are professional, friendly, and quick. Their quotes are fair and most of all, they and they stick together. No more bullshit up-sales.
They have been used by me at my business as well as at my home and every time I get exactly the identical support and Ive never had a issue with any of the jobs they've done. I especially want to thank Owen for taking excellent care of me. Anything you need with big job, pipes or job, these are the guys to call. They are the very finest in the business.
These guys are as untrue as you can get. Not the best plumbers I have ever used but likewise some of the best service I've ever gotten anywhere, from any business, period.

I called the office in distress. I knocking once I tried to flip on the hot water in the kitchen faucet and was experiencing stream. I started experiencing the same thing, Now. Vince squeezed me after I informed him I tried to acquire the kitchen faucet fixed before my mother. The guys came out and in a matter of moments my faucet was functioning . I called LR Services because the faucet using a sensor on our kitchen had no water and the water was not going to the dishwasher. The water to the remainder of the condominium (baths ) were working fine so we understood that it was an issue w/ the kitchen water source. The problem was intermittent (I think it may have something to do with the water pressure). Notice we never had this problem.
I called back them hoping they would help or at least send a technician to come and look at our faucet and they said they'd need to bill me AGAIN for an issue which they didn't resolve.
This plumber isn't recommended by me . They will not work together with you in case you've got a complex matter. You simply run and don't take any responsibility.
So we can only use the faucet because a 33, so when Marcus came on the water was working but he explained he assessed the faucet and turned away the sensor. The very next daywe didn't have water at the kitchen. CLEARLY the problem wasn't resolved.

This is the very best contractor I have worked with in LA.. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and extremely customer service oriented. I'll only hire them.

Great and speedy service. Had a plumbing issue within my bathroom and they were within an hour. Super courteous, quick and tidy. Honest and professional. Owen is extremely honest and a true professional. I just moved into the area and LR services plumbing will be my first and only call with any issues moving forward from here on out.

Had an appointment for - at 11:30 am - Needed to call to see where they Had Been - Owen called back and apologized- had an emergency call He worked on - Could not be there until 02:00 pmOwen came at 02:00 pm - confirmed that the water line into the house had to be replaced

The house was Constructed in 1899 so it Wasn't an easy replacement but they were fantastic

Called LR services Saturday evening in a water leak crisis that included water flowing down the road . Owen was our location within one hour and got into the base of the issue. Leak stopped and he drained the water from the city. Owen was nice, courteous confident and very professional; the sort of person who leaves you feeling good. I recommend LR Services!

These men were great from start to finish. The team on the phone were fast to schedule and also explain the fundamentals of options the support call and billing and easy to converse with. But, it was the onsite service which was the exceptional element. Marcus showed up exactly on time. Sterile, extremely professional and having a smile. He left our place cleaner and more organized than before he arrived and made quick work of this project. I wouldn't hesitate to call these men.

So this was the very first time I used this company. And I must say I was impressed. They have been professional and the price was very fair. .considering plumbers have been used by me in the past that try to give you on what I think to be work that was simple astronomical estimates. A mixup was with when the morning, a technician was supposed to come back into my home and everything was rectified by them with me. . .keeping me informed and moving out of their way. On Sunday morning we had a congestion that caused our toilet to flooding, I phoned LR for what I thought was going to be an easy snaking the line service but it was that we really needed a portion of the pipe under the driveway to be dug up and replaced. They arrived within an hour of my phone and remained until 9:30 pm on a Sunday to complete this considerably more intensive than job so that I could go back to with the water. Life savers. I predicted Owen 1 evening with the need to have a water heater replaced. The tenant had been without water. Owen made arrangements to take care of the day even though LRS had a full schedule. Marcus arrived to put in and take the heater away. This is another experience with its own team and LRS.
