We just moved into a brand new home and our entrance door stuck. I chose to take the door handset apart and became perplexed because the mechanics was so outdated. It took me nearly four hours to put all the pieces back together and even then it didn't work. I decided to phone Raffi in Magic Lock and Key. He came out within 20 minutes and five minutes later my door was functioning. Later in the day the door was sticking he came back out and spent more time fixing it no additional charge. Great customer service.

The most professional and fair guy. We had asked him to come and correct the issue and had some problems. He was very receptive and gave an exact quote over yelp messaging to us. He came outside and was very prompt as to the meeting that was scheduled in the home. Once at the home, he went over and beyond correcting the problems. Some couldn't be fixed because of a faulty locking system we'd bought but he was generous and just charged for the service charge despite the fact that the holes enlarged and was there within an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Rafi is awesome! So that I needed all my doors rekeyed house keys and my car were stolen and that I phoned Rafi and he arrived across precisely the day. Only a little over an hour after he called him. Rafi had better prices although I called other local places for quotations. He couldn't have been nicer and he was done very quickly. He takes credit cards that is a plus! I highly recommend him if you need a locksmith!

It is funny - because he sounded so different I selected him. He"sounded"like he actually was worried. He look at our requirements, came on time and made all of the changes we requested.

Where do I start. We requested his services and we had a lock. Rafi reacted to some yelp quote request . He was type swift, and professional. That he was happy to come out and adjust our lock Despite the fact that the warranty because of his work is for 30 days. In person he was a cure. He new instantly what was wrong and he ended in a couple of minutes. Rafi differs although we've had poor experiences in the region with 5 stars with locksmiths. He is respectful, educated, and puts the customer first. We anticipate continuing our business.

I didn't know how to change my keypad batteries after viewing videos on YouTube Requested to get a quote and I got a reply in minutes. Called and made an appointment. Password that was keypad and batteries changed. Price reasonable and as quoted. I gained the wisdom to change batteries and keypad password for next time.

Just bought a new residence and asked to get lock. They responded with a quote within a couple of minutes and were able to set a time up immediately. The ceremony attendant was nice and friendly but also very knowledgeable. Within a matter of moments he managed to change the locks and provide keys for your household.
