Very friendly, I have used them for several decades for my organization and keys.
Vehicle keys are somewhat costly here, tried to receive my key, decided to go elsewhere.

My front door key broke off to my residence in the bolt lock. I called several locksmith's. I had to wait for an hour but no big deal. Its locksmith may drive over. I could live with a single hour. They phoned me at work when the driver was 10 minutes out of my house. I met with him in the house. He had been friendly and managed to eliminate the broken key. From what was left of the old secret, He then created a new secret. He had all the gear on his van.
I had been pleased with their servile - especially because they were the price.
1 thing Im is Yelp. Their algorithm is garbage. They record reviews in Maryland from some women from Swaziland or a guy in Texas and we are supposed to think they're valid. Nevertheless others, my reviews & from this state get relegated to untrusted. Yelp has one star because of their garbage algorithm. It requires work.

They claim to offer 24/7 customer service for emergencies yet once I called several times this 25, they didn't bother to answer their phone and also their box is complete. They would advise that you do not utilize this firm and are a joke.

Please bear in mindI did a lot of investigating to get get a fantastic backup key for my vehicle. Also, I have the benefit of having experience and the training of being a technician on those cars. Should a key is needed by you and are not as educated that is alright. . .just trust the private behind the counter of the place. They do care about doing the right thing the first time for thier clients.
I cannot thank those guys enough. Very professional and honest.
Backstory: I ordered a secret for the 05 Honda Accord. Areas, such as the trader, refused to cut on the key. Understandably so, once I worked for dealers keys were of mixed quality and normally didn't did not work. This would leave an upset customer who is outside a company who, with all the best intentions, having to eat crow for the key and a key.
I called on a saterday in the day and gave them the details. I was warned by them how they can't warranty the fix and like any suitable business should the outcome. The key cut was approved by me. The owner took the time to educate me they have and what a few people earn. In my car that the secret worked perfectly the first time.

Outstanding service and shop! They had vintage keys in stock and were able to make copies for an excellent price!

Suggestion: ask how much their service fee is of time and phone. We've learned our lesson and it is not worth shelling out money on something that is not urgent if this is something that you can do.
A service charge is along with labour that is $90. Based on the work my husband felt ripped off and was not pleased with the price.

Maryland Locksmith is the only place local to me personally that conveys this special double twist security key and Each. Single. TIME. They make the wrong one - even when I tell them it is the key that is special. They AND no exclusion made the two house keys incorrect today. I did not get home to test them and they close at 5PM.

Terrible - kept and made copy of master essential to commercial real estate, without permission -- took to get it back. After weeks of waiting we told them we were going on to a different contractor. Owner isn't at the company. Manager isn't the least worried about the worker copying a client's key without permission. Not at all professional.
