Wow, what a fantastic firm. The locksmith arrived last minute., late in the night to help my teenage daughter whose key stopped working because of losing her chip. He was mobile, friendly, and fast! He moved out of his way. Thank you so much, I can call this business for my needs!

The tech who revealed up to my house had explained that he'd replace my locks . That he did not keep his word and charged me $600 As it came time for the bill. If you intend on doing business with this person that is shady request an estimate in writing, beforehand. I am reporting this and really don't recommend this company.

Worst customer support. Took him 3 days to repair my own ingnition and sometimes he simply didnt answer my telephone calls. He had 2 numbers and I found the reason why I got thru second on is. He'll leave ypu high and dry if he can. Is broken and he explained they're send new hell and one telephone. No telephone nothing. Proceed with a rated firm. Im WARNING tou today

BEWARE: A technician who claimed to be with Master Key Company came out to help with changing the locks right away, but was a no show after several calls when they needed to fix a mistake and then wanted to charge us again for the errors which were made. Prior to doing business if the worker is with Master 10, please confirm. I'm glad everyone else had a much better experience. The opportunity to spell out the fraud was taken by Master Key's owner.

I wish I could leave a"0" celebrities. They don't guarantee any of their work. They keyed several cylinders for us and a number of them have failed. Tenants have predicted locksmiths to unlock for them and we have to pick the invoice up.

I called the number and told the guy that answered the phone that I needed a bedroom door unlocked. He said okay text me your address I will have somebody there in 15 minutes I said Ok. THAT was it nothing else I text my address a guy popped up and looked in my door knob to him he said he would charge me $149. I told him that was too much he said I will bill you $129 I stated I couldn't afford he went all the way down to $79 he was telling a lot of lies I was telling him I couldn't manage it mean we went back and forth for a while I told him I was not interested anymore he then said I owed him $30 for even coming out I informed him that was never told to mepersonally. I do list all of my phone conversations when I'm tackling business he argued it with me he did tell me and explained he was getting his receipt book once I told him again and I do not owe you anything once I told him my husband was on his way and he would be here in 10 minutes and to wait outside he abandoned this is a very unprofessional company I felt jeopardized if I was home alone I felt like something could have had of happened to me I was not home alone this guy was creepy tall and skinny look like he was Italian or Indian moving really fast so no I would never use this company ever and if I had a choice I wouldn't give them any stars in any way.

Since I dropped my car keys that he was I had to get a key. Very fast and good customer service everything was done right on time that he explained he'll be there in 30 minutes and he was there in 20 minute I was super happy I thought I was going to be late for work but he made my day less then 10 minute I had my keys very fast and friendly service A+ service and inexpensive thank you.

Mo was professional and extremely friendly, and gave a response that is fast! We had lost our car key and felt just like we've all looked all over the house with no chance. Employed the yelp"quotation" choice and Mo was the first to respond but glad he did. Price was very fair in comparison to what others had mentioned. Absolutely satisfied with the service supplied.
