I explained close lived but worked about an hour away so pickup went to be late . As we discussed pickup times, I turned about and Paul's employee had my doorway in-hand.... FINISHED. Now that is fast service! Saved me an entire return trip. They have no clue how much that really helped me.
I immediately drove there and his employee (did not get his name) transported the doors (old and new) from my car to the store while I talked with Paul. I told him it was my first time. I was impressed Paul took the time to explain what trim work needed to be carried out. He even gave a fast history lesson about the edges which made me understand if I tried doing it myself, I'd have screwed it up. I am really glad I went to a pro.

Paul and his employee were awesome. I stumbled by accident upon them. I needed an interior doorway trimmed and hinges cutout. I went down the list on yelp along with also the first couple places did not reply. Paul in OMG picked up and gave a quotation to me. He also sent me a courtesy text to help me locate the place.
OMG! That's my overview of Omg Diversified Door & Lock. (Sorry, I couldn't help myself) Paul was above all, fair in his pricing, and prompt in responding, able to repair our problem doors. The store front door has been my main concern and the door controller he installed works . No more hearing the door banging all day! He also repaired two wood doors which had swollen over the years. He adjusted both of them now they open and close again. He went beyond and over and would probably be my first call should I need door service. I highly recommend.
Paul was very helpful when we had our locks rekeyed. He worked, was prompt and was extremely personable and friendly. Our locks work beautifully than before. Highly recommended!
I have two exterior doors replaced. I provided new hardware (except for the hinges). They charged the contract cost even though the man had to do some work on one of the frames, and did a wonderful job. Would definitely use again.
Locksmith came out as intended, on a weekend, fees were reasonable, although a little higher than forecasted, and locks and keys work fine. Failed to attract enough keys though we discussed type and it didn't seem particularly unusual arrangement, but no huge deal.
Pricey but excellent and quick. These people know what there is to know about doorways. We have had them out to our house twice. They were able to correct a door that we'd had a door that we'd tried to fix to no avail, and TWO other specialists try to fix.
