The top around!! The customer service in the store is amazing!! Highly recommend McCausland Lock service. You will not be let down. Leanne & Chrissy are a great team!!
EXCELLENT Location! They not only made the key, but they gave me an extra one! On them! They wanted to ensure I could lock the lock.
Staff was professional, friendly, and powerful.
. .and in my view!
They have a fabulous selection of keychains and fun things . Fantastic location! Fun gifts.
Our key broke in the lockand I took two pieces of key to them. It was an OLD lock.
When the crucial couldn't be made by Home Depot, they did!
Regrettably , they did not have them, but they said they would the following day. Today , since they were out yesterday, they replaced the batteries , but only charged me . This is customer support that is excellent! Both young women were educated and friendly. This organization is strongly recommended by me!
I went to get batteries set in automobile remote starters yesterday.
Counter person wasn't friendly and really not so beneficial. Him was bothering , not welcoming.
Always friendly and good service. I had a key fob. And it was done. At a excellent price. I dwell in Media when trying to speak to them, but they have been overpriced and somewhat stiff. I chose for the service to goto Prospect park. Customer for life. Thanks.
My 2 star review of a couple of days ago was demoted into a 1 star. Why? One of those two keys I had the batteries did not work. I was mad. Sad for methey did not care. Do not they check the batteries until they had you your (automobile ) key fob? Evidently not. Let us start from the beginning. There were about 3 people in the store when I entered. I could feel the pressure in the atmosphere. I got behind a guy who had been nearing the end of his patience in line. I commend the man for not leaping over the counter and ripping the"hand written" ticket from"Steve's" hand. Yes, like in an dinerthey use pads to write your purchase up. As it was my turn, I held my key fob and stated"This is not working" Steve seemed perplexed. Me, enunciating every syllable. "This. Battery. Is. Not. Working" No. He even took the key fob and headed into the back, maybe not even a"Sorry" or"Wait a moment". Nothing. When Steve came back with the key fob, he explained"I attempted this on the charger and it worked." I didn't say anything because I figured I would need to be back in the store. Snarky such as"Gee I guess if you'd have attempted this one on the charger yesterday, I would not need to be here today." However, I did not.
So, if you want a key replaced and don't mind dealing with its employees and the performance are conducted, this is the place for you. Or you could bang your head on the wall for a couple of minutes. The final result is the same...a large old headache.
I went to have a vehicle cut out of a blank I had already bought and programmed. Though I didn't ask them to look at the electronic equipment they did assess and told me, incorrectly, that it did not work. They refused to cut the key essentially since they might have made more money selling me the entire key with mechanical and electronic parts. I then moved to Hill's Hardware who obtained the job done in under 5 minutes.
Called to talk about options for securing sliders and to get a ballpark cost so I could aim. The main reason I called was because that information isn't available at their site. So when I asked to have some advice emailed to me I was told"We don't email". Really??? Why then is there a"contact us" button on top of their site which states"Please don't hesitate to email us with the form below. Or give us a call in 610-xxx-xxxx. They brag about being 4th generation. Since the company was paid off years back they don't care about acquiring business I guess.
