They made a verified appointment time for 4.30 today. . No one showed or called until 6.30 when they stated they were 20 mins away. We advised them to forget it! We'd get another company that would show up as promised.

Worse service. Rude. Very bad customer service. Hanging up in the middle of me asking" what time will they arrive. They said they would be here no later 9am. And never arrived.
This company is legit. I lost my key for my 2010 Camry, known as Toyota to get a price check of just how far it would be to substitute my smart key and nearly had a heart attack on what they lent me. Decided to use google to find out if there was anybody who could do it to get a more reasonable cost and discovered MD locksmith. They came into my home so I did not need to have it saved me at least $400 involving the price and the tow and towed to Toyota, I could not be happier. I will attempt to be responsible in the long run, but if not MD Locksmith is that I will be calling!
Absolutely great support. I had the misfortune to lock out myself two times. My door knob broke, and at first I used 24/7 locksmith and took over an hour. This time I used MD locksmith, and they have been great. They required less than 5 minutes and came on time - without breaking my doorway! I will definitely come to these again, although I am hoping that I will not need to!
