Performance - Technician went above and beyond to make conversation while he worked and was fast to call to start an window of time for my advantage. He managed to supply the requested services in a timely and fast way.
Overall - When you want technicians to give competence and security to your auto, home or company, I will not be calling any other firm than Metrolocks. This is THE organization that you need to call if you want help.

Ease of Use - The fact that they have automobile, home and business options is a plentiful site since I now have one firm I can go to for almost any locksmithery (wait, that's a word, right? It's now!) I may need.

Metro locks was fantastic. It was simple to book an appointment. They gave me this tech's title coming out and affirmed. He called me ahead of time to let me know he'd be arriving. Changed my locks gave some advice and did not direct for me to overpay for installment of something that I did not require. These guys are honest, quick, educated and communicative. I strongly suggest that you give them a phone.

If needed, I would recommend this organization and use them again myself.
I called a locksmith, that could not come until the next week... but that wouldn't do since we'd not have the ability to water our most flowers and plants on the balcony, leaving them in the mercy of the hot Colorado sunlight. The locksmith suggested we attempt Metrolocks. Bingo!

Amir showed up on time removed the lock in a couple of minutes. He then moved to his truck to find out if he'd a replacement. He did not, so we made an appointment for the next week.
The thumblock (no secret ) about the glass French doors leading to our balcony jammed shut, and while trying to open them I naturally broke the thumb bit off so it just spun around.

I had a terrific encounter with Metrolocks! John has been warm and friendly and arrived on time. Of course the problem when John was here wasn't being presented by the handleset that was sticking. He made alterations to the door and strikeplate to supply a possible fix, patiently explaining what he was doing and also also the simple physics of lever and the door weight. Outstanding support! I definitely would, if I could give more than 5 stars. I asked quotes on Yelp from 12 different businesses, and not merely was Metrolocks among the very first they had been competitively priced compared to other businesses. My neighbor had her baby and had locked herself out of her house. Metrolocks were about getting there immediately, so that the baby didn't need to wait for hours mad. Super friendly locksmith.
