Super cheap and quick! Thank you so much!! I love you guys! Its was 60 bucks. Its making me write more so yelp has got a 1 star review for this, as a way to post this review!
If you would like to dance to maintain music, then"Pop-A-Lock can not be beat! Pop-A-Lock... it is Pop-A-Lock! Everybody enjoys their Pop-A-Lock"
The lyrics are. After being on hold I need to know by now. Never get to a person to ask for a quote, so I can not comment on their solutions. Catchy tune if you would like to sing!
Who's gonna call? Pop-A-Lock @303-761-7998
That is once I had a flat tire on my Malibu, exactly what I did and within half an hour, Charles in my home, attentively installed my tire. **Thank you Charles for its excellent customer support **. Charles says that he can door unlocking and Smart Key duplication & programming. Keep their number easy or www.popalock.com
Affordable service! Josh was friendly and super helpful. I locked my keys and it took him to open the vehicle.
10 stars!!!
This review is for locksmith extraordinaire Josh who later a complex very convoluted and frustrating encounter with my insurance company's Roadside Assistance vendor, was my knight in shining armor that drove his nimble white Chevy van into my rescue. Not only did he make me a brand new pair of car keys he really enabled me to relax and calm down from a 10 hour debacle that is really stressful. He also saved us a visit to a and the dealership Yay Josh!!!!
So glad he was
He was knowledgeable, professional and ridiculously understanding of my own situation. Plus I was able to push away with my car afterwards'misplacing' (shedding ) my keys.
Kyle K was the ideal. He's a master. He unlocked the car with no damage and made me an extra key. I would recommend Pop-A-Lock. Thank you Kyle!
I dropped my keys on Halloween weekend and waited a week hoping they'd appear (lo and behold, they are still gone) My car came with no more than 1 ignition key along with the Toyota dealership in city quoted me about $500 for the tow and key override. I was devastated.
I phoned Pop-A-Lock for a third view (another local locksmith I contacted didn't do car keys) and after being referred through their call center (the dispatchers who refer you to the applicable Pop-A-Lock locksmiths in your area based on where you're in the nation ) I got attached with a locksmith using the Denver branch.
I feel super confident in my Pop-A-Lock, Denver expertise and will definitely use them if necessary! My single hiccup is how it took them more than their quoted times to respond to my phone, but then again, they are kind that is super and busting locks are sometimes a business!! I can not fault them stars for items out of the control, especially if it meant them making them feel much better and spending additional minutes with prior clients. That only goes to show their support expectations that are elevated!
Josh showed a passion for helping people down and was professional. He walked through the process with excitement. He was just great. And it ended up costing me!
Was Shane. He assured me he could make me a brand new key regardless of what the dealership said and was kind. He answered my questions with patience and was just terrific. Period. I wrapped up with no cloud of anxiety that had been plaguing me for the past week on the dialogue. I called about 4pm and he said he could get to me at 6pm, once he finished another job.
He was an hour later than his estimateexactly the same as what happened the day prior, but that is to be expected, right? Locks can be a complicated business!! It took him about 1.5 hours total to fashion and test new keys, and reprogram my car's computer to comprehend them.
Unfortunately another job was a little complicated and he didn't complete until 8:30pm. He offered to come late and called apologetically, but I was okay with pushing it another 29, since I do not want my car on a daily basis.
Josh at Pop-A-Lock to the rescue! He made two keys and changed an old lock out as well as getting me back into a bedroom I locked. Highly recommend. I got quotes from several companies. Pop-A-Lock was quick to react and Josh was kind, quite helpful and professional. Would definitely use again.
They were Discharged via AAAHE subsequently held my registration/ownership papers RANSOM and DEMANDED $100 for his time to drive out there (that AAA had already paid him ).
He threatened to tow my car or put a lean(boot) onto it if I didn't pay him $100. I phoned Officer Allen Hanners of the Castle Rock Police Department and the officer had to make my papers are given back by the guy and of needing to leave my apartment complex following 20 minutes, THE OFFICER HAD TO TELL HIM TO LEAVE.
Im dumb when it comes to vehicles, but im not that dumb. I told him I would go with another person, thanks .
The driver told me the cost was $125, then said"Actually $150 because AAA waives the first $50"
The guy looks to pop the panel, then tells me its going.
I said , my Fiancee teaches High School and needs her key.
DO NOT TRUST THESE SNAKES
Destry was fantastic. Very professional and courteous. It had been so nice to have someone to change my bicycle.
Jason is your absolute best in town. Locksmiths that are knowledgeable and competent are EXTREMELY hard to find. This man is on the ball. He could do things that most can't begin to comprehend. I really do not and will not call anyone but him later on. I've been in the auto repair business a very long time and I will tell you that this is earned compliment. Their supervisor Steve Sacco, of operations is a true asset to the company as well.
You made a day!
Seriously Jason is the best of the We had a little incident that twisted my crucial into our truck and it wouldn't work in the ignition. I predicted Pop-A-Lock after locating them. Jason was super flexible with my schedule and came (and waited for me for home) only a couple hours afterwards. He remained in communication via text and was so considerate! It took him perhaps 30 minutes to cut and code two keys that were new, and managed to straighten out my original. I'd gone into the Ford dealership thing in which I had been told we'd have to have the truck towed along with the keys could cost today, about double what I paid.
In addition to it, I have a older fighter puppy who is literally terrified of people, and Jason managed to make him come to him a few times to get a treat. I think animal instinct says everything. What a man!! He even gave my boy a Pop-A-Lock luxurious toy to have too. Seriously! This man is excellent!!
Vinny B was amazing. After a prior fiasco with a different locksmith we called Pop a Lock. They saved the day. Pamela quoted me on the phone took my phone, also gave a entrance window to get her locksmith to me. Vinny got the work done immediately and showed up than anticipated. This was to get a residential, 5 pin door knob lock. Thank you guys so much for saving our day! This place has ethics and support!
I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk, and Jason went beyond and over for them out. I had my 11 month old boy , and not only was Jason able to acquire the trunk unlocked, which was a feat in itself considering he needed to blindly release the emergency trunk release, he kept my son amused and kept a smile on both of our faces the entire time. Jason made the experience as pleasant as can be :-RRB- While it is not fun getting locked out of your vehicle. I would highly, highly recommend them.
Rob out of Pop a lock showed up and had me put up with two brand new bike keys in under half an hour. He did a fantastic job and was very polite and personable. His dog cooper was a cool pup too. The firm I work for has a corporate account with these too. Two thumbs up in my own book.
Fantastic worker and support.
Jason, proceeded up and beyond to assist us and arrived at our business changed out.
My son misplaced his car keys, and our insurer refered us to Pop-A-Lock. Jason met with me in my son's school, so he beat me ! He was able to rebuild the ignition (it had been going bad anyhow ) and provide us with extra keys, for less than I had expected to pay. Jason was fantastic to use, professional and very personable. I strongly recommend him and his companion to anyone. In reality, my mom called there for a locksmith too.
Jason was amazing and made me a dreadful day. He was quick and courteous and I was completely satisfied with my experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing this support.
I had a loaner suv out of a dealership and locked my key from the trunk (in addition to my groceries). Geico dispatached Josh D (a Veteran btw) to help out me. Josh introduced himself called me immediately and gave me an estimate. He came earlier than his estimate! Josh was cheery, friendly, polite and had me in less than five minutes on my way. My groceries were salvaged! I recommend Pop-a-lock and Josh D in particular!
These guys were great! Don't use MILE HIGH LOCKSMITH - after charging me $19, they totally messed my locks up. Pop a lock came into the rescue. I called the overall line to submit an inquiry and was called back over 60 minutes with a locksmith! He was over to my house in about 15 minutes. So fast and fantastic customer service! I HIGHLY recommend these men over anyone in Denver.
I'll use them.
I was installing a deadbolt on a gate which had a few hints and turns to it. Pop there came a lock out on a Saturday to drill the holes. I loved the Saturday service and the owner was nice and prompt to chat with while we have the job done.
Ensure that you call the right Pop-A-Lock, as I feel a couple different ones show up around Yelp in this region! Paul is responsive and great to work with. He managed to get an appointment the following day to me and his rates are reasonable. To get all of your locksmith needs, like the rest of the reviews, I highly recommend him.
I asked for a quotation and Paul responded he was unable to help me, but urge another locksmith. His professionalism is appreciated by me! Honesty go a long way today!
I put a request for quotes and Jim was among the very first to respond with a telephone call. He appears to get pride in his small business, and is really professional, educated. I've had bad experiences in the past with locksmiths ripping me off. Jim billed me precisely what he quoted me and reviewed the the charges before I handed the test to him. I wouldn't hesitate to phone him again or recommend him to other people.
While I walked home to fulfill I called the taxi company which I left my keys in and gave it one last try. The woman forwarded me into the DC taxi lost and found which was sadly closed but I had my hopes up and thought that maybe I would have any luck the following day (I also hesitated at spending a great deal of cash as a grad student). I called Paul in spite of the fact that it was ten minutes before he was expected to show up and he told me he was parked around the corner. About maybe waiting a day to see whether my keys come up and he was so fine and said he knew my stance about expecting to save 35, I asked him. I am convinced it wouldn't have been perfect to have me offset last minute but he frankly told me that he'd understand and it wouldn't be a problem.
It was warranted by my very first and most recent interaction with this company although I promised myself I would never earn a Yelp accounts or review anything on the internet. I recently misplaced my apartment keys which had my address on them (not smart I understand ). My handling firm forwarded me the contact for the company and I called ASAP. I didn't understand but I was given Paul's (the owners) private line. I explained my situation and he was informative in terms of telling me my choices and accommodating.
Fast forward to re-keying and his coming of my locks. He was efficient and quick and even entertained my intrigue that is dumbfounded at how locks work. Such a nice man and was really easy to talk to while he did his job. I really hoped it'd take longer since I liked our conversation so much. I really don't think the Yelp character limitation is sufficient for me to accurately articulate how impressed I was with this service. My one regret is that in my hurry house I did not get a chance to stop in the bank because lord knows this guy deserved it to make money for a tip. He is quite possibly one of those must humble and fascinating people I've spoken to. I don't intend on losing my keys or having problems that are crucial but if I do I understand who the first person I would call is!
While I forgot his name....The Tech who was the very first to reply my yelp inquires and advised me instead him coming out to 1. Proceed to CVS and get a new battery and b. Telephone my auto insurance policy provider....It was a dead battery, not out a lock. All the other companies were quoting 200+...a trader would charge 79-100 for a new key.
Our automobile key broke off in the ignition this afternoon. I saw that Pop-A-Lock had gotten amazing reviews gave a telephone to them. The assistant took my info & stated that Paul would call right back that he did 2 minutes. He said he would be at my place in approx 25. He had been there in 25 mins (that was great since the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat).
Paul went right to work and was effective in taking away the broken part of the key. He was professional & quite polite and I would recommend him to everybody!
These guys are great - highly suggested.
These guys were fantastic. I gave them a call yesterday and explained that I was seeking to either re-key or change the locks on all the doors in my new residence. I explained what we had - that the gentleman on the phone advised a couple of different strategies, and advised me to buy the locks I wanted at the price that I wanted at either Home Depot or by the web - and told me what to search for as far as matching keys, etc.. (They just as easily might have sold me a few themselves, but they directed me to the very best bargain ). Then, they substituted the locks and showed up on time - James that the locksmith was very friendly, professional, and incredibly proficient. He worked and then the price was EXACTLY as quoted - .
Pop-A-Lock has fantastic customer support (especially Paul & Linda)... if you are into that type of thing.
I called with a automobile lockand they connected me the operator, with Paul. This guy was amazing. He was straight up and honest with me he was not sure locksmith tools actually asked me to send him a few pictures later that day to find out whether he could give me some advice, and were correct for my kind of job. He weighed in and I was saved $100s predicated on what the automobile had quoted by his advice. I kind of want to go lock myself at the moment so I get to meet this guy.
Missing the keys and didn't have a replacement. Called at the morning and got a call back from Paul. He came that day, phoned ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away and even punctually.
He was efficient and knew just what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If everything in life was this efficient, upfront and easy.
Very nice guy and after phoning different dealerships for costs, he had been fair and more convenient than having to tow my car.
Highly suggested.
Just magnificent.
Paul is really wonderful! He saved my ass today. I don't have any idea exactly how did I lose my car key. Paul revealed in 40min and returned my call. He explained if my key is inside of car. It'll be $98 just which amazed me because I've got an experience with $200. The secret was totally lost. So he supply a replacement key to $195. And I would like a second backup one . Additionally I am a member of AAA. So Paul helped me to call AAA for discount. Also he said I will keep the evaluation key with me for free which can open the doorway but not start the motor. I am so thankful for this. Thanks!
Paul is responsive and very kind. He provides an detailed and honest analysis of solutions that are potential and the problem, even referring different contractors when the work's range calls it. I love the time he spends supplying all of the information. I have not done business with him but someday I will!
AMAZING service that goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. WOW... How AWESOME would it be if other businesses were half as GOOD, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and HONEST as Pop-A-Lock of Washington, DC. Mr. Pien, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing adventure of not being able to enter our house due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. Pien not just fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the related strike-plate and dead-bolt. Front door and house are forever changed by the AMAZING service Mr. Pien, from an business operator! Thank you, your services Sir and honesty are truly appreciated, and of course, refreshing!
These days I'd like to write this review, not for services instead for excellent client service, and that we know is a rarity. I talked with Paul widely about replacing a lock, and also exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could assess my situation. He not only educated me about different types of apparatus; however offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, he implied I do . Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY job, so that I can keep some cash in my pocket? Yeah, he's this field on lock. I call Pop-A-Lock first!
Pop-A-Lock's customer service was excellent from start to finish. Paul and James worked together with me to replicate automobile transponder keys inside my budget and about my work schedule. They have been knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and comprehensive in completing the task, making secure and certain everything was programmed.
Their workmanship and professionalism could not have been better. Combined with their pricing and thorough explanation of key-copying options, I give Pop-A-Lock my recommendation. Paul Additionally and James are just pleasant guys, to boot.
The man is very friendly. He did his career task very well. He arrived early less than 40 minutes. It took him only a minute to pop up my car to unlocked the door. I enjoy his service. I will recommend anyone to call for the vehicle locksmith!
I contacted these men about some problem. I got a answer with guidance on the best way best to fix the problem in my, as well as for if I had been unable to pricing. Extremely professional, especially since they could have charged me.
I'll definitely be using these guys next time that I have a problem!
PS: They also provide a discount if they are contacted by you through yelp. Great!
Bob with Pop-a-Lock saved me after my keys required a tumble into the while kayaking last weekend. He had been there immediately, and waited until I got there after I had to bike/metro back into the boathouse and left to search for a spare. Totally courteous friendly, two keys made in a every single cent. Especially if the Subaru dealerships were all closed and useless for 23, since I had been parked at a space on a Sunday. I couldnt leave it there until Monday, so I was saved by Bob. Highly recommended whatsoever.
When we had been locked out of our home on a Sunday 16, quick and painless service. Very transparent about price and more economical than the locksmiths I called!
I had the encounter with pop-a -lock. I locked myself out of my car at the gas station and my phone, keys, and wallet (basically my whole life) was at the vehicle and I was panicking because I didn't have any idea what to do. I tried calling my parents but they did not reply and I did not have AAA. The clerk at the station got me connected with pop-a-lock and also the time estimate was 40 minutes but they came at only 10 minutes!! I really don't know the name of the guy who assisted me but he had been younger and out of New Jersey (I understand that because I'm too) and that he had been so helpful and kind and felt so much better afterwards since he had been just such a pleasure to use. Their rates are beyond reasonable and they're very trustworthy. I can not stress enough how grateful I am that the young man made this an effortless experience for me.
Called them and they arrived than the ETA. When we called the lady, (customer support I'm guessing?) She said she had no idea to get in contact. We needed to leave the car (around 2:00 am) and simply do it the next moment. On our way home, almost 3 hours following the ETA, a person called me. I informed them we abandoned.
The people who answer the telephones AND the guys b phoning POapet I am who come out to make new keys for your car or to jump start a dead battery are extremely special... my primary Maker has been Johnny. He had been understanding and kind and made the 4 hours that I was waiting seem insignificant because he was so calm. My insurance company Will lose me as a customer But if I have an issue with my car again you can bet I am phoning POP-A-LOCK
I still managed to lock my keys, Though the auto makers have tried to make new cars dummy-proof. I had been thinking about smashing a window before someone let me borrow a phone and telephone Pop-a-Lock. The man had my door open with stick and an inflatable bladder and less than one minute afterwards arrived within 30 minutes. $60 has been a small price.
I Phoned Pop-a-Lock on. Thank you! L am thankful.
I talked to Mary from my house in Texas and clarified an older relative in Tampa was locked out of her house and Pop-a-lock had been unbelievable! They shipped"John" right off to help. He called me back to let my loved was within her house along with me know the job was finished. I suggest Pop-a-Lock. They are incredibly comprehensive and fairly priced...
Terrible support. I called to get my car jumped. I explained that I had not started my car and it might take to charge the battery. Didn't have jumper cables along with his charger was not charged. He put the clamps in my battery's regions. He was arguing with me since I am a woman although I tried to explain the appropriate placement. He was in a hurry. He continued to move the clamps across the battery in the wrong places. Every ten seconds after placing the clamps he told me to start the car. I explained that the car required to charge before attempting to start it longer. I asked him to please use his car to charge my car with my personal jumper cables. He reluctantly took my petition. He was impatient and refused to let my car charge. He ceased charging my car and demanded that I register which I did not successfully get. He left me . I called a buddy rather who successfully was able to control my battery.
Apparently as soon as the technician says he will arrive in 30 minutes, it means 75. I'm sorry but I don't understand why"underemployment" is an excuse to justify why it is okay to lie to customers about when you're likely to appear to do a job that takes 5 minutes to finish. For charging me $75 for support I'll call somebody else next time, thanks. If possible would give zero stars.
Jaime got into my truck and handed me. Expert! No damage to the truck at all. In addition, he showed up much quicker than my insurer estimated.
I was told by the girl on the phone that the guy coming would have all the equipment to change my bicycle in spite of the fact that they were aftermarket rims. After 45 minutes of waiting for him to arrive, he pulls up and says"sorry bro I did not bring the right tool" after which they refused to refund the 125$ upfront. 0 out of 5, do not use this organization.
Ran over something on Hillsboro, called. Steven came against a 35 minute quote within 20 minutes. Very friendly, professional and productive. Changed our tire. I highly recommend this firm.
