Metroplex Locksmith cut an emergency key for my key fob that is programmed. The charge was minimal just to cut the key and they had me. Better experience than Martin Locksmith, who broke the initial key they billed more and whilst cutting it.

This place scams folks. The employees that come out do not know English . Do not trust this organization. I do not know who Sammi love is my name can stay anonymous. It is not against the law. My money was taken by your organization and didn't repair the issue.
These guys are great. . .2009 Dodge Challenger would not begin, WIN or possible key fob module according to my study. Story shorten, I misplaced a fuse and they were able to ascertain which fuse and the car started up.
I was rather impressed with the support I received from metroplex locksmith. They came into my residence and immediately fix (wireless ignition module triumph ) and mended my 2009 Chrysler 300. They saved me a lot of cash. I didn't need to call to get a wrecker and also have my vehicle towed to the dealership where I would have paid to have my vehicle repaired.

Still waiting to hear from a manager and never have as of yet. Technician came out to try and get my key made. 1st time he caught the wrong remote 2 time I had been advised that they were taking too long so the impound asked him to leave. I called the impound and had been advised that they never asked him to leave. So when I call back to talk to manager she argues with me until the impound is called by me and was told that never occurred. It was 6:45, they close at 7, and he still couldn't get me a key. I asked for a refund to which I had been told they would keep 45 (I had been advised 19) for service telephone. Took into a dealership was advised there'd been too many codes tried so it is going to take them longer ($$) to get the code and what occurred. I'm personally holding them responsible, tried to speak with a manager today and nothing.
So like I believed was supposed to happen instead of giving a telephone, you write a comment seeking to justify his actions. Once I called back up there try I had been informed there was no hurry, the lot is open 24/7, he just tried to get a 7:00 pm off. I was never offered you guys coming back outside when it had been to program my own car. There could not be a secret 22, as a matter of fact that your manager blamed the car. I didn't refuse him coming back once the car had been towed house, it wasn't offered.

Called at 1100 this morning to get my company vehicle secrets replaced. Remember that this is an area of business. Was told that I would have a locksmith come out to my location from 1 to 3pm. Called at 245pm afterward was told that their technician ran late and would be there in 40 minutes due to another call. Called again at 4pm and has been blocked. TWICE! IF YOU CANT MAKE IT TELL ME DONT BLOW ME OFF.

Staff that is Good! Jose hooked me up! He was quick and knows what he is doing. The cost for replacing my lost key was WAYYY less the dealership! I would recommend them!
