Mgn Lock-Key & Safes

After phoning several significant hardware shops and local lock and key stores, MGN had what we needed. Very very educated and friendly staff. I intend on giving of my key and lock business to them all from here on out.

Great place! Jessy and Dan are all great. I had help with a copy fob for my Infiniti. They know their stuff! Quick and complete. Additionally touches such as cookies and coffee for guests. Very wonderful! And a few old school displays to keep me occupied while they did the vehicle. As well as Buddy the dog, their worker of the month, was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I have gone to them for decades and they've obtained key safes and key lockers, replaced and rekeyed doors, made keys (including blind keys out of lock codes along with a skeleton key for an older table I found). See them if you have a problem involving keys or locks.

Very obtained. I had a professional's view on replacing meeting and an entire door lock, or so I thoight. Rather than trying to sell me a thing which was not going to satisfy my long term expectations, they provided me with a solution which cost me my time, although nothing. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

This really is the worst company I have ever been in contact with. Produced a appt. To have locks changed in my home 2 weeks ahead of time and every time I called I was told that the repair man will be here inside a 1/2 hour.
Called 5 times in 1 day and the ceremony man didn't show up, ( guess he was to busy drinking at a local pub ) rather than called.
Ended up calling somebody else that night and he was here in 20 minutes.
Have a relative that is buddies with the Mayor of Mundelein, and will make sure that he hears about that.

Excellent customer support! I phoned and had an appointment. Carl fixed the entry door handset that I thought needed to be substituted and arrived early. He was considerate and professional. I would definitely recommend and will call again!

Since I had to find a cut for my daughters car, Ceased in here. Ended up not having the cut that was key because they weren't able to eliminate a rollpin to find the key. Desired $125 to app keyfob. Me charged. Got the cut for $ 2 another locksmith. Not impressed at all.

I called about a key in my Sentry Safe medium sized box that was economical. I inquired about if vital extractor tools were offered by them. If I brought the box in he could remove the key that was broken readily, he said he can sell me one, but stated. It turned out he charged me nothing and spent. In trying to find the key out his patience was incredible. The key that is broken didn't have a thing to grab on, therefore I did leave with stuck, but wasn't required to pay anything. The shop was busy and I had been amazed with the way they handled clients and on the phone. I believed I got excellent customer service. Don't hesitate to use them.
