Everything is fixed and the restoration is complete. You can't tell anything.
As a woman, I felt safe having their workers and the sub exchange people in my property.
Mitigation was highly recommended in our area so we decided to give them a try after discovering we had a leak from our third floor bathroom that had penetrated a closet and on down to the second floor living/dining area. From initial consultation to job completion they were professional, friendly, safe, responsive and constantly strived to reach a decision best. We utilized Mitigation for plumbing repair, escape detection and restoration. Their all in one service that made it faster and easier to get the job done and cope with our home owners insurance claim, which they helped us navigate.
Anytime you've got a crew working on your house for an extended period of time it may feel invasive to the chaos of a building zone from the people. Their crew was super friendly, reliable, trusted and made sure their work areas, use of baths etc. we are CLEAN after usage. I was appreciative in keeping our house as clean as possible throughout the process that they paid attention to detail.

They came out and started on the work when I had a leak that flooded my office. They check in often to be sure work is to the clients liking. On top of keeping contact with the insurance 12, they were.

Mitigation did an superb job on our leak in the ceiling and is extremely professional. They went above and beyond. The team were fast to react to the situation and came on time. I will rely on them and am very happy! Very highly recommendable.

My Story:
Why not everyone give Mitigation a review? Travis (the proprietor ) has just one goal: keep you in the dark, believing he is navigating insurance for you and you're getting a great deal. You are never going to understand what he is up to, if you do not speak to a different contractor or insurance. A lot of people do not understand they're being seriously taken advantage of and want the procedure to be over. Get a 2nd opinion!
I had an invoice from Travis to shut out. There was no way he walked back into my residence. Travis had agreed to lower the mold charges but said he would set a line on the invoice when I didn't use him I would be charged the entire amount! I denied. The end result of days/nights of calls obtained something that looked like a kid and ended with me having to spell out the invoice for him. It took them 3 drafts! Travis literally said he would not date the invoice because"it make us seem negligent for charging late." I would've paid weeks and had to pull teeth to find this statement!
Overview:
After weeks they finally submit something to insurance, but just for the EMS (no quote for repairing the torn up home ). Insurance stated the bill was surplus and Mitigation came down just slightly to get beneath their own metrics. Travis tells me he understands insurance businesses utilize Xactimate for pricing and he does the exact same to find the max $. There were insane charges for mold that insurance limits policy on, and that means out of pocket for me. Turns out, he charged WAY for than should have been mold.
I had a slab escape. A wall was opened by A plumber and pinpointed the leak close to the wall in the living room. I needed it taken care of asap, and so I sought out a remediation company on Yelp. None were available until the following day. I predicted Mitigation. Spoke to Travis and stated they might arrive same day.
I submit invoice to insurance. Travis demands a cashier's check and calls to frighten me every day! Travis received complete payment within days of receiving the invoice despite taking for the invoice.
I had to emerge and was told the living room floor was wet. Drywall needed to emerge. I'd need to remove ALL the downstairs hardwoods since the flooring is continuous , stairs included. Wow.
Your home will be torn up. Youdriven,'ll be lied to and charged for equal amounts of $. Mitigation is a parasite.
Now I've lost all trust and'm speaking to insurance. Insurance sends an adjuster. Was not done originally - overloaded from the LA wildfires. The adjuster was a breath of fresh air. He came on time and gave understanding and quotes of this circumstance. He was shocked was torn up to the escape type.
EDIT 1-15-19: I've been contacted several times by a business Travis hired to bribe me to remove my critique. He is paying to spoil the authentic ones. Beware!

Lied conducted up bill to extract max $ from insurance, driven with scare tactics, given no paperwork / documentation when requested, cornered me to doing repair that was entire , really unresponsive unless it entailed doing work / being paid.
Later, Mitigation known as and solicited me times. Wow!
Over the next week they came out to tear the house up with guaranteed deadlines going and coming. Unless an invoice was submitted I phoned. He became extremely irate, when I told him. I was accused of going behind his back and pressured me into paying him that I did. Don't! 
Upon arrival, he brought his guy (who was fine - Alfredo?) . They determined there was a leak and started moving furniture. I was hurried by him through signing paperwork. When asked, Travis stated it dedicated me to doing the repair, not simply leak detection. I instantly called my agent who advised me to not signal. Travis subsequently backed off and told me I wasn't committed by it. Shady.
I asked for an invoice for work copies of this paperwork signed, and also a quote for repairs. Radio silence.
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!
The upcoming few weeks went like this. Nothing had been received by insurance out of Mitigation. I'd text call and email to ask Travis to publish receipts & quotes for the repair. I was met with silence or BS answers. I was told NOT TO CONTACT INSURANCE. He said he is a specialist in getting them to pay the max. That's true, but not to me, to him. I had no clue I was on the hook for and he stated until I signed a contract to do the rest of the 34, he would not provide an invoice. No way.

Travis and Tony are great. Had a leak in the ceiling over my powder room and they were here within 2 hours of my phone. Had my toilet put back together in pricing and no time was very reasonable. Very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Among the Disadvantages of owning a home is the fact that you will deal with Builders They are a joy to use. Commitments do not break

In my experience the Vast Majority of them are Inadequate & Stressful to work with - until I started using MITIGATION for my House Improvements inside the home in Addition to outside

Fantastic service- I had a sewage emergency at my home, these men came fast and made it easy. No one likes to call a plumber, those men are private, professional, and honest that they gave me their recommendations and my options. I'm very happy I have discovered my plumber.

Mitigation Inc (Travis Tony and John) have made what is a Really upsetting and frustrating Scenario involving a Serious Sewer backup that had forced me to Become"Displaced"in to a much less stressful time Due to Their professionalism, kindness and ability to get things done in a timely Fashion Telephone calls are returned promptly and they are fantastic communicators, making sure everyone involved in those restoration projects is aware of how things are going. We needed to get a quote for one more job and have used this company several times in the past. Travis yesterday called and that he had his Representative come out the exact same day to assemble the necessary information. The Representative was comprehensive polite and experienced. I look forward to receiving the quote and having Mitigation perform the job.

I used Mitigation to repair a escape and the damage it caused and that I did not even wait to contact them again. Tony and travis were extremely responsive and the job was outstanding. They constructed, and did all the mold control painting and repairing drywall. Can't even tell this was not the first cabinet. It was a total match to the 10 year old cabinets in the kitchen. And even though there was a small hiccup (things happen in construction), you can always judge a company based on how they categorize things. And in this regard, his team and Travis went above and beyond making it right. These people are the real deal!

You understand, you would not believe what I am about to say, but believe me, it's all true. Mitigation Inc. is an amazing business. I recently had a problem. I'd mold and water damage throughout my apartment. I was gone from town for more than a month. Unaware of the damage that took place in my apartment while I was away. Eventhough, the damage was not created by me, I was still worried that it may fall on me. Due to the extensive damage that was done. I predicted Mitigation Inc.. Plus they also took advantage of me and could become a cash cow. Cause I was ready to devote my life savings to get this issue fixed. Rather, they gave me advice on my next course of action and advised me my rights as a tenant. He went a step further and said if my manager tried to get money for a problem he was accountable for, to let him know from me, and he would personally come to my place and notify the property management! This guy wasn't about to allow me to take advantage of. Wow! What a class act! I didn't wind up needing their services since what worked out between me and my appt. Manager but, when I, if I get my home and want help, they'll be.
Do you understand they followed up with me to make sure I still wasn't being taken advantage of? Where do you get that type of customer services? I'll let you know where... In Mitigation Inc! Keep this up!

Travis is quite knowledgeable about what it takes to eliminate mold in a construction and the measures to take to keep it. He communicates in a manner I could understand using a genuine concern for a settlement. I strongly recommend his services regardless of what the problem, I believe he is going to be able to help you as well or better than other companies out there.

I love Mitigation!! They responded quickly to my needs and provided to assist in any way possible. They did a thorough job and the job was done when promised. Travis' crew were great. They worked and were always on time Travis always made sure that I was pleased with the work. I couldn't have asked for

Today I got a call stating the cellar was flooded. That form of reaction time is unheard of! Problem and time shot was taken there by them, and found the issue.
I would strongly advise using mitigation and I will certainly use them again.
I used Travis and mitigation about a year ago when I had a leak and damage to my roof and stucco. Mitigation fixed the leak and was timely professional and did great work.

we called them and they scheduled appointment. They maintained on appointment time in touch and were on time. They located the flow in manner. Dealing and because of their promptness I had them create repair. Price was reasonable. I'd use them again.

We used this company to replace water heater. They did good job, but overcharged, whined, and sent two people to"discuss" the invoice together with me. I'd avoid using them.

Travis gave me some advice for what turned out to be a roof issue that was severe. THanks guys!

I have used Mitigation twice!
Once for a flooding damage. And for asbestos removal.
They do work in house, meaning no sub contractors!!!!
The manager, Travis, cleaned up my unit throughout the flooding went to do the job from the unit below mine in order that they would not sue me. His expertise proved to be a life saver.
