Fantastic business! Cody is reliable, super knowledgeable, quick, and instantaneous. Also very quick communication via text, and he came to where I had been, my house first to attempt to make a temporary solution to my issue, which didn't work for my vehicle, and he didn't charge for that trip, and then to the location where I worked (after the needed parts from Nissan arrived). I highly recommend Mobile Lock & Key.
I dropped the keys and this business was out to my location fast. They left a new secret and remote FOB for an extremely competitive cost... 5 stars because they were so easy to handle and super fast... they replied by text that was a plus Inside my publication.
Quite very fair rate to generate a duplicate key to get a 2018 automobile, they were on time and pleased with Mobile Lock for its fast service and very favorable, could utilize the service again and highly recommend them.
2017 Frod F350 Truck I had two Amazon keyfobs. Problem was I dropped one of the two Ford original fobs needed to do this myself. They had the computer to plan the new fobs, and arrived to do this and cut. $125 has been SUPER reasonable to me. Turns out both batteries were dead or low from the fobs that are brand new, charging me more and they replaced them. The Tech didn't mention or work me and that I was happy enough with what he did and also their cost that I tipped him $25.
I think this man make the most that"his business" does not have a physical address where a client can physically go and instruct him a few lessons about respect.
1st) The technical job I asked was done (Partially).
2nd) I asked technician why he left three copies of my keys when I just requested two. Technician said"I follow orders".
Because I can not give none stars I am giving a rate of a single star.
I don't suggest this service . I ended up hanging up the call and paying for a Professional service to a business that was Professional to replace my whole door lock. Cody, I am an engineer, I am making more money per year which you've ever made on the 20 years this firm has been operating. Cody is a asshole, an uneducated person that does not have admiration for his customers, nor girls.
He argued that what I saw was not exactly what I believed it was, and rudely yelling at me, he told me"you shouldn't be making things up simply to avoid paying me my cash.
Everyone may produce a technical job after a couple minutes of instruction.
