$20 service call $90 for your unlock is merely ridiculous. I should have called around and had the patience

Needed to possess four locks re-keyed. Called dispatcher, and was given a series period of 40 minutes. Igor arrived promptly at 10:30am, assessed the guards, gave me a quotation which I and that he proceeded to perform the work. He finished in less than one hour. The cost was a bit high, but fair enough. No one else seemed to want the job on the day. Their loss was Mobile Locksmith's gain.

I was locked out of my car, it was in an outdoor parking gararge in Indy and it was below freezing outside. I was desperate, and this company had great reviews on Google so I called them. The operator quoted $19 to get a service charge and $45 for the unlock and also told me a technician would call right away. He did and I told him my situation and also where I was found. There was a bit of a language barrier, and it was obvious he did not understand downtown Indianapolis. He said he could not find the intersection in which the garage is, so he can find me but I found the address to the garage and texted it to him. I went to a restaurant to get out of the cold and wait and he texted if he was 20 minutes away. He called stating he was turning onto the road, so I went outside to meet him. I was talking to him and I watched him drive right by the road (at the time I didn't understand it was his car ) and he blamed it on his GPS and stated he was two minutes out. In all, I stood in the freezing cold for almost 20 minutes. He turned down the road that was wrong and I needed to walk a block walk him up for my car and to find him. Once he decided he could open it and got to the car he asked if I had money and turned to me. I told him no and the operator said I could use a charge card. He said fine, so $90 is great. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I told him , that is not what I was quoted and he began hassling me about the time required to push out and the labor, etc.. I told him that the time was that his fault and he must be compensating me for the wait in the cold. It wasn't until I asked him what sort of scam he was operating that he backed-down and stated he'd do it for the $65 quoted (it was $64, but anything ). Then press the unlock button using a lever and then it took to pry the door using a air pump. I got away from him and paid him. A BAIT & SWITCH OPERATION I do not know if it's the company or the tech or possibly, but I would steer clear.

The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because I absolutely loved the technicians. However, even with all the technicians I still paid $100 to get them air pump my door shut and unlock it with a claw. The amount they charge individuals is ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend their services.

Worst Customer Service. Company Name - said that he had been brand new.
I am handicapped and was waiting at a business which closed in the sun. So I waited for an expert locksmith to show up. Someone else referred to as a locksmith for me personally because my phone was less than 1%. Of course it expired.
Wrote my credit card info down on a paper that was replicate that was cheap. Guess I'll be seeing my bank account carefully.
Don't ask for anything before unlocking car, to be signed. Took so long to car I had been going to give up and call somebody else. Got automobile open and I HAD TO Request THE FOLLOWING:
Company Phone # - Didn't understand it, took forever to find a # in his telephone he stated was the named Nathan of his Manager.
Supervisor Name - Gave name only
Charged me $109.00 for experience! This was a bad experience , very scary. I had been in a bad situation and felt horrible.
A guy shows up with underwear hanging out of shorts at a vehicle that looked in bad shape. No Company logo or anything else on vehicle. Did nothing!
That I will get this taken care of for you and how about, Hello I HERE with COMPANY NAME, a business card with info, COMPANY LOGO on a vehicle at least, even better if to a uniform, you don't have to worry. Allow me to help you become in certain colour (as I'm standing in my walker on one leg with one foot dangling) in the boiling sun while I take good care of this for you. And when done how about a THANK YOU rather than shrugging your shoulders saying nothing and shoving off??

Replaced my automobile fab key in under 5 minutes - gave me a great price and arrived to meet with me fast. I would definitely recommend them!

Said 15 min wait call. The individual who actually came called and stated avg 30 minutes, ended up waiting over one hour. $110 to saw off my lock.

Had to pay the dealership $550 they did on my car. Don't utilize this service tow your car directly to the dealership to start with!

Mobile Locksmith did a great job for us. First off he was easy because it is a 24 hr service, to contact. I had him work on a few of my rental properties the following day and he left payment and the process very easy as well. A job no stuff!

I was in a real jam. I needed a chip car key made in a hurry. A good deal of both places could not do it. My service was wonderful. They had the best price in the city. The Locksmith was quite professional and on time. If needed, I'll call on them .
