I needed to call a locksmith and locked my key. A man showed up with out-of-state license plates and without a company ID or papers in an unmarked vehicle. I called their number again and the"Dispatch" woman (would not offer a title ) said that management has been"unavailable" and she could not give me any evidence that they are bonded or licensed. She would not affirm their physical address. The only"papers" she would provide was an emailed receipt following work was done and paid. I didn't trust my house to start and sent them away. "David Moiel" (what it said on his plastic generic contractor ID) still wanted to charge me $15 for him showing up! I said , and he took off in a huff. Bye-bye and Nice -- you will not get a key to my house or my credit card.
