Mr Plumber

Seeing so many reviews to get a plumber, if they were fake, I started to wonder. For installing a kitchen faucet I got quotes from other plumbers on yelp. Most would not provide a quotation to me. One stated 50 dollars to come out and look. Still another said 100 dollars look and to appear. One stated 200 to perform the job. I phoned Mr Plumber plus they gave me a quotation instantly: $135. I scheduled it, they showed up when they said they would and did the work perfectly.

If you run out of toilet paper don't use Kleenex the lesson we heard, but thankfully Tony out of Mr. Plumber was here to save the day! A business that was distinct had been called by us before and then they kept pushing our appointment and we got fed up. We were led by A quick Yelp search to Mr Plumber and within a couple hours Tony arrived. Tony has been in and out in about an hour and was effective and super nice. The entire bill was $134.50 and it was money well spent. We will be using Mr Plumber later on!

I HAD to post a review and had over Tony to get a home call about our drain. Since my husband was not home, even with the testimonials I had been cautious of this classic tear off situation and I know NOTHING about pipes. I couldn't have felt more educated and comfortable. Sydney was amazing and useful in arranging the appointment (scheduled within 24 hours) and Tony went over and beyond to ensure I knew everything and is so knowledgeable. Pricing is reasonable also. You can't go wrong with those guys!

Scheduling an appointment was very easy (just a fast telephone call), and the builder who arrived at our home was friendly and efficient. Prices seem pretty comparable to plumbers that I've utilized. The only reason is that I was awarded an arrival window of 11:00 - 2:00 and the builder arrived at 2:30. Not the end of the world, but it turned out to be a small inconvenience. That having been said, Mr. Plumber does phone 30 minutes before they arrive, which lets you be out and around and hustle home in time to greet them if you don't feel like waiting around the home. I use them again.

To be fair I will always go through mr plumber from now. .

These are the only plumbing co to provide me a reasonable quote on a very minor situation I had going on ( two other plumbing companies didn't even call back after I talked to them). They got here in the end of the day polite with attitudes that were fantastic and did the work and they checked a couple other things to make sure everything worked .
Well I am confident you can guess how this review will go...

It is reassuring knowing there are individuals who take pride in their work and don't hang up on widows!
My mom bought a house last summer and is a recent widow. The builder and developer built a very pleasant looking Villa at the Prairie Villas in Falcon Valley in Lenexa, but it is clear they cut so many corners as soon as you look at their work a bit deeper. Including buying the toilets available on the sector and installing them. We hired a home inspector to come out after moving in and there were code violations, including plumbing and the toilets, that we may need to file a lawsuit.
I picked them because they had reviews on yelp and I can see why. I hope the proprietor, Mr. Plumber (if that even is his real last name), understands what a fantastic worker he has in Tony.
*I had been kidding about Mr. Plumber being the owner's real last name, however you have no clue just how much I wish it had been.
Following the downstairs bathroom kept clogging the preferred plumber of our neighborhood association left my mom feel guilty for calling frequently as if it had been her fault those clogs were happening. After he wrapped up telling her, that was he can't keep coming out . He's been out here. Who hangs upon a widow in need? Roy Morrison of Morrison Plumbing, that's who! I suggest that you NEVER use them!
Conversely, I STRONGLY advise you to utilize Mr. Plumber! Specifically, Tony, that helped us out and could not have been nicer and more useful. He fixed the issue but showed me if you have that instrument, because it is a fix, that the instrument I need to purchase and how to use it. So we'd need to continue calling but he told me they don't do a great deal of advertising and mainly rely on crap he could've been secretive and proprietary. This is my mouth suggesting these guys if you require plumbing assistance and firmly making a word.
You write a yelp review since you would like to encourage a company who has collectively been good and at times just because one of their workers has gone above and beyond. I am really sitting here writing this because of Tony, while this is both. He explained he's been since 1998 which speaks for this company together and I am sure all of their workers are on par with Tony.

Okay. Had the correct instruments and supplies together with him. 5 Stars.
Got lazy and didn't want to reset my upstairs toilet when it started draining. Hate doing pipes! Based on yelp reviews these guys were called by me, made appointment. Plumber called when on the road. 5 Stars

Each one of the service individuals who've helped us were friendly and professional, quick to respond to calls, and arrived within the stated time period given when we predicted. Our plumbing (and air conditioning) issues were handled quickly, professionally, and economically. Prices was MORE than realistic if we needed to have somebody come out on a Saturday.
You need a plumber. At times, you need a plumber separate times for 3 different issues within a year, one of which was barbarous and also on a Saturday. Well, all I will say is that I'm extremely glad that we discovered Mr. Plumber (via Yelp, really ), and even though I can't be happy I've had a plumber 3 times this year, I'm quite happy with the service Mr. Plumber has provided each moment.
Each issue/repair needed was explained to us in a transparent fashion, and if there were choices . replacement, then we were walked through our choices and any potential future problems that may appear. I especially appreciated that when it came into the option of fixing our A/C unit vs. all out replacing it, as the cost gap between the two was significant and I wished to create a educated decision on what the best choice was. And while they were working on our A/C unit, the service guys really found another issue (an electrical one) that had to be repaired, which they showed me and explained in detail why it was a problem, which was moving above and beyond their job.
When something goes wrong with our plumbing, I don't enjoy it, but I can rest easy knowing who to call when an issue arises, and be safe in the knowledge that I will not be searching for plumbing solutions. I can't suggest Mr. Plumber enough - this company is 5 stars all of the way.
Not only is the work topnotch for a price, but the service folks have always been great about providing floor protection, in addition to tidying things up when they are finished with their work while they are working, which is I really appreciate. It is nice that there is no mess to clean up after the fix is finished.

Amazing Support from Josh with Mr. Plumber. Called to let us know that he was on his way scheduled. Located the issue easily and had a diagnosis for what had to be achieved and the estimate, which we thought was very reasonable, particularly when we discovered that the old iron snare that needed to be removed had decades of rust, filthy water, and yuck in it. Yes, he advised me that this is why he conveys spare clothing in the vehicle and did get more of it on himself although that he would have preferred, but took it. He had been in, doneout in under 90 minutes. And all of this was done in a dirt ground stone basement (basically a 6 foot high crawl space). Obviously we will be calling Mr. Plumber next time we've Ned of a plumber. Thanks Josh!

I transferred from KC over 50 years ago, but had been there last week visiting to see in the hospital. When I discovered her sink backed up and went into her home, I knew this was something. I did not actually know any pipes. Luckily for me, I knew I could find a good one. I used my telephone's Yelp program and with a little bit of research, called Mr. Plumber. The next day, two pipes came out. They were educated, friendly, and soon had my friend's plumbing problems solved. They were fairly priced. With the water flowing I knew it was one thing for my buddy to have to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they were about an hour to the appointment. I'm able to work from home and had an schedule that day, so I could move that.
These men were great!! Friendly, productive and fast. VERY reasonably priced. I am glad I gave them a call!

Plumber did an excellent job the Cost they quoted over the Telephone was Just $35 more because they had to move a prv Which was too Large to reach and the new position allowed it to have the diaphragm replaced and save lots of money in the Long Run they also fixed a shower head Which was Not running at full pressure for no extra cost Tom one of the co-founders did an excellent job thank you

Speedy service, a plumber who had been happy to describe what he was doing and answer any queries I had, and very fair pricing. He ended quite late so he would have easily told me it needed to wait till tomorrow charged me a"off hour" charge, but he did not and I never got the feeling like he had been trying to rush through it.
After a horrible experience with Bob Hamilton, I chose to do my study and Yelp guided me.
Nothing but good things to say about Mr. Plumber, and notably Jeremy who had been the plumber who came out and did a great job.
I have a house that is seemingly cursed with plumbing so finding a fantastic plumber was a major deal. Easy score.

Outstanding job by those men and highly recommended. My wife needed to ensure I realized Jeremy Bridgewater, the plumber who did the work. He was very professional and fixed our kitchen sink and water pressure issues that were general. So it was not a major thing, jeremy was late for the scheduled appointment but had called to warn us. Price was very reasonable. Only an overall good experience.

I want more stars to add here. Timeless nightmare scenario my shower lever neglects big, water required shutting off water at house. Most fortuitously and ironically a co-worker had utilized their service 2 weeks ago and raved about it. About calling a plumber, who raves? That would be me. Got a quick answer via email and was able to become same-day appointment. Scheduler was very accommodating in working around my schedule, thorough and professional - . Vance & tyson showed up over the time frame promised and prepared. In short order they diagnosed the issue that was about as awful as I had guessed given my limited knowledge of all things plumbing. The issue required but they could repair it so water could've decide on a time there and back without triggering a flood and then to go back. They showed up on time -again- and thoroughly prepared -again- and - could contend the extensive work in a timely way. And a local costume to boot. Never have I been so pleased with a home repair completed by a different than myself. Quality work at a fair cost implemented by professional employees I know in need of a plumber. Bravo!

Yeah, they could haven't offered honest guidance and tried to charge me extra, but I would not have completed it, and I would have shopped elsewhere (this is actually the 4th plumber I have tried in 4 years). But fair pricing and the honesty, which is I'll return .
I actually called another plumber, but he was so busy that he gave me the number to Mr. Plumber. He said they're fair, honest, and reasonably priced. He was perfect.
My only regret was that I did not tip them (did not have money ).
I had a leaky bathtub, a slow flushing toilet, and a minimal pressure kitchen sink. The guy said"I will snake the bathroom for $XX, but honestly on a bathroom that old, it may not work. You'd be better off applying that to a new bathroom, typically under $100." He then explained why and it made sense.
Next, one explained there a calcium buildup from the filter and of the men looks at my kitchen faucet. Bingo. He runs out to the van, has an extra filter. My faucet is like a jet.
Two men show up in a truck and have to work. It just took about 15 minutes for under a hundred dollars, which is fair contemplating a significant name plumber in the region just taken to the cleaners a friend of mine.
I had a bathroom sink. Like snaking it, I tried everything I could. No luck.
Next, he took a look at my leaky shower manage and explained what the problem was, and how I could fix it myself, or if I did, just how much it would be.
So I scheduled for the following day, I was not in a hurry, but they could have made. They gave me a quote over the telephone (under $100) and retained it.

I had a clogged drain and also my own water heater stopped working. I called Tyson and them showed up. He quickly determined that I needed to replace the water heater as it had been leaking water onto the interior (the water heater lasted 18 years so that it was time). I stated it would $875 for the install and your water heater and decided to proceed with the new water heater. VERY price! The water heater also includes a 6 year warrenty they cover.
There are very few reviews on here and that's because Mr. Plumber Inc does not advertise. They rely on their job by way of mouth. Well, I have to say, I am going to reccommend them to everyone I know.
I know some folks could be somewhat peeved at this however, the way I look at it, I was happy they took the time to take a second look at this to make sure it got done correctly. It took another hour or so to finish but that one hour might have been the difference between me having to go through all this in a brief time period.
Steve and Tyson were professional and friendly and they have the job in a fashion and for a reasonable PRICE. They pass along those savings to their customers, as they don't promote I presume. I will be submitting this review on social media sites so everyone I know can see what a great job these guys did.
They had to come back and set up the new water heater as this was in the day. Tyson had everything done in under a couple of hours and showed up first thing in the morning. While showing that the new water heater to me he detected some. He had been worried that the device had a crack. He called Steve, whom I presume is supervisor or the operator, and he also came out an hour later with a different unit. Upon further review it was determined that the device was perfectly fine.
If anyone from Mr. Plumber, Inc reads then, then THANK YOU. I will use your requirements!
A line even conducted and unclogged free of charge, the drain that evening.

Called to get a plumber to install control and a shower head handle, and a valve into the icemaker line. I was given a price quote on the phone when I called. Josh came out on the date. He was due to a large job that he was working on prior to mine, which is understandable. The project was finished in 3 hours. Josh gave information and great directions about what he'd done. He did a wonderful job cleaning the mess up afterwards. The price was very fair, and the quote. I'll call them again later on.

Service was supplied by them. When they said they would, they arrived. Tommy was really professional and went straight to the down pipe, with the right clean out so that they could do their camera inspection and after discovering no issues other than tree sticks, cut those out and used their camera to reveal there weren't any issues. The previous plumber that I had hired (ReddiServices) hurried his equipment through a different clean out for the house because he said it had been too hard to reach the suitable wash out. He said that he believed we had collapsed lines and he had been getting into sand. This was not the situation. I wasted a lot of money with ReddiServices and might not have them back.
