Mr. Ernie was super down to earth, patient AND worked while I was moving things to where they belong. When he thinks that he never did and they do not mean well our dog usually barks at people particularly! They got along pretty well I'd say! From the time it was made by my husband, he had been done! I'd recommend Mr. Ernie and also this company for any locksmith needs with regrets! We feel safer with locks and I'm so grateful that we were able to find someone with a keen sense of customer service and friendliness. It's wonderful to be around people who have a great soul! We had a locksmith and they assigned us Ernie! He was really amazing and a God send! Earlier that we had a not-so-good experience with our moving company which frustrated me SO MUCH! It had been great to have someone come in that was so sweet (which totally calmed down me btw). Mr. Ernie was punctual, which I adored, and very professional and nice. That wasn't true this time although I'm usually leery about having folks over while my husband isn't home. I felt safe! He asked me several questions and got straight to work. He did outstanding work and rekeyed our doors all !

I used Mr. Rekey twice in the last month and both times they have been efficient and fast. Keep the good work up.

The service is impeccable! Matthew was. He understood the Texas home code such as the back of his hand so much so he was able to identify something which had to be set up within the apartment which had nothing to do with the lock (2nd carbon dioxide alarm on the 2nd floor) and he set up it afterwards organizing it together with my own apartment manager. All in an hour. He also installed another lock which would adhere to the Texas tax code along with my Schlage Smart Sense lock.

Appointment was easy to make, service was fantastic. Locksmith replaced, arrived on program and rekeyed two doorways all over the hour. Would highly recommend to others looking for similar services.

Didn't call. Didn't show. I checked my information. They have a 4 hour window and stillI would not recommend them clearly. Thankfully another one was recommended by a fellow Yelp reviewer .

The home warranty company recommended as the service supplier MrRekey, after buying our house. Monyea, the locksmith, evaluated our locks, came on time, known as ahead and addressed that the requested changes. So professional knowledgeable and polite - price, too!

These guys are ranked the best since they're the best. The communicate well and come punctually. They are also problem solvers. Fantastic support. Additionally, priced round and they def offer one if not the best price in the city for new house rekey packages ($99 for 6 locks, 4 keys, and reenforcement screws).

I called on a Friday and made a appointment for the Following Day. They gave me my technicians title and said he would call within 30 minutes of arrival between 9am and 1pm. No call. Never heard back on Monday. Emailed on Tuesday and they said that they could not get in touch with me. That's it. Way to put out the effort! I got next day service from another firm at a price that was comparable with no hassle.

Monyea rekeyed that our Cedar Park home today, he did a fantastic job and had been prompt, professional. We are quite happy with the service.

I have employed Mr. Rekey for the previous 4 decades for my own rental properties. I have wasted so much on hold on the phone trying to schedule a appointment for a rekey that I am giving them up. I was on hold 10 minutes the first time I called and hung up if they asked to place me on hold again to look up the address. Without talking to anybody I tried later and quit after 4 minutes on hold. Waste of time.

Do not waste your time. Scheduled for 6 locks, four got completed, tech"forgot" about additional two, abandoned and has not returned. Doors are dismantled and technician with had the locks. Spoke with manager and the time has come and gone. Manager said would phone me back in 5 minutes and there has been no return telephone. Sham and fraud with customer services that is terrible.

I am a 14 year customer of the firm. I have had some fantastic moments and called them. On the other hand, the latest encounter with them has completely damaged my opinion of them. To reach them has shifted, although the locksmith service that is simple is great. The customer service interaction with this provider is AWFUL. The customer service manager will lie and point fingers . They deny any modifications recently, but their system actually changed. As promised when the person came onsite, I was not given a priority. Similar to their was intent to screw up, It's. The locksmith was no and overdue telephone. The appointment was overlooked. I had to call in o get an update. This place has gone completely downhill.

Ernie came out into our house that was new to Rekey the locks and examine the fire alarms. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Ernie is a top notch professional and I truly appreciate how much he appeared to care about the protection of my loved ones. He'll go over and beyond to make sure your happy. Look no further. This timeI had and Ernie was assigned to the job. Turns out he specializes in these kind of tasks and not just brought my home up to the requirements but assessed for some requirements that will be rolling out to be sure I'd stay in compliance. That about professional service! Ernie was great about communication before our appointment, came on time, and was respectful of my job (I work from home) while he did his thing.
