Awesome work! Sergio came on time, worked professionally and quickly! I would recommend working with them!
He rekeyed a bunch of locks, deadbolts that are adjusted so that I removed a rusty combination lock that I couldn't get off the gate wouldn't have to push the doorways into lock them. Everything works superbly now! Did a few extras without additional fees!

They are no longer servicing the Chicagoland area. I had good results together so that I was unhappy to learn they have closed up shop here.

I had been given another 4 hour windowthe tech showed up 2.5 hours inside that window, and completed the task in about 15 minutes. However, one had to be repaired, and of the deadbolts dropped within hours of him departing.
Day 3 - Scheduled a follow-up appointment, and was given yet another 4 hour window. 3 hours tech, inside that window immediately repaired the deadbolt that was broken, and showed up.
Ultimately, the brand new locks are functioning fine, however there are hundreds of locksmiths in the area, and nearly all them is able to complete the task. Locate someone local. I'm giving them 2 stars because everybody from customer support to the technicians was quite friendly during.
What should happen to be a 15-minute appointment finally required me having to stay home from the workplace 3 different days, to get a joint wait time of nearly 10 hours.
The tech finally phoned after 3.5 hours, to tell me he had been in a scheduled appointment in Gurnee, and had yet another appointment in Naperville prior to me. He told me to phone the schedulers back and book another appointment.

What a joke of a business -- from business and clients have no guarantee for the faulty work they did.... Mr rekey, mr plumber, mr electrical, mr garage door... mr mr mr list goes on.... Stick with one thing scammers

I just move in to my house and wanted to get my locks rekeyed. I have a house. My appointment was made under the house warranty. I'm happy it was Mr. Rekey. Sergio was my technician. He was respectful and quite polite. He worked fast, and I am quite happy with his work. He came during the hour block and was done with in one hour. I would recommend Mr. Rekey to anybody.

Sergio was AMAZING! We were initially scheduled for a 1-5 pm window. He had an unexpected morning availability and my locks could be altered by 12pm. We ran a little he. He definitely eased.

Sergio called an hour beforehand and advised me what to anticipate. While he was here, he was efficient, professional, and courteous. No complaints so far on the locks or service.

I would like to be honest and want to reavaluate the inspection morning I left yesterday. The guys did a great job and came out yesterday and gave me a price break as a result of difficulties I encountered with their shipment procedure. When it comes to their dispatch procedure, they need to address the customer service issue. Going forward, I believe I'd give them another opportunity if I need that service. Currently I think a three rating is fair.

We'd just moved into our new home and Sergio was our specialist that was re-key. He was great and we loved that he called an hour before he was to arrive. He recommended changes to us that we would not have known to do with ourselves. He made certain that each of the locks worked before he left. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend him and your company to our friends.

Sergio was very helpful and rekeyed our locks when we moved in. Fantastic support! Was courteous, calling us to let us know he was on his way.

For rekeying our locks sergio was our tech, and we value his expertise and support. He called beforehand to inform us of his arrival time and he was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure that the locks worked to our pride and answered the questions we had before his death.
