This man is excellent and knowledgeable! I called him Friday evening around 6pm and he was out the next day at 1pm (because of my schedule, he actually wanted to come out the same day) he gave me a quotation and the appointment was put. He called me to confirm the time the next day and the address and showed. Once he got to me, he had been in and out in 10 minutes! And came in under the figure he gave me.
This man is friendly, economical, professional and best of all.
I had been in need of lock service that is shifting and contacted a prior company which I waited for over three hours simply to show up unprepared. I then cried for another organization and Multi Locksmith came up in my query. The business told me that they would be within an hour at my home. Not only did they show up within 45 min, they serviced my difficulty very professionally and instantaneous. I would certainly contact them again should the need arise and am very well pleased.

Yoav was superb. He responded to my query in less than an hour and gave a quote to me based on my needs, which he helped me understand. He was available via text and email which was helpful for me. He arrived on time and managed to generate an appointment with me later that exact same evening and was extremely professional. I had 6 locks changed on 4 doors. He did not give up and did not alter the pricing on account of the additional time necessary to get them functioning although I had a older doors which gave him trouble. I'll definitely use him again.
Yoav has excellent customer service. I called this morning to have my mailbox key. He finished the replacement in 30 mins and met me two hours. Very timely and pleasant!

I dropped my car key/remote as my girls were playing it, they likely flushed it down the toilet and thought it was amusing... I called that person (sorry, cant remember his name) and he was very prompt to answer my telephone, very nice as well. Said he'd be there in 30min and was right. The cost was very reasonable and his service was outstanding! Fast and very clean, and very favorable to my girls while. My women were asking him a Million questions while he was working and could tell they're bugging him he did not mind. A great man, dependable and fast. Will advocate.
Polite and friendly. Agrees that the nexr day even though he was willing to come and then the second day we needed to chsnge time in the last moment and he was as friendly as ever and came in the time. Excellent service. Trouble attempting to get locksmiths on a base. He pointed out that that's probably because they were insured and licensed or did not have a US drivers license. Something and all excellent things to look out for in any commerce.
They were very quick to respond. . .had to acquire a padlock eliminated. Felt they were rather overpriced. I paid $95 to have them drill out the lock and then take 5 minutes. They told me it would be $35 and up. . I had a simple padlock that is small. Wonder what constitutes the $35 rate?? I think that the rate has been ridiculous although Overall lock was removed by them.
