Can not say enough great things about Alex I. While he came out later for the appointment than I had planned (the dispatch team did not relay the ideal time), he had been comprehensive, flexible, and creative when thinking through a few ideas to minimize the number of keys required, and made several suggestions for future factors with smart lock options. Input Key & National Lock. When taking advantage of this special they're running -- four re-keys for $149 had a great experience. I went out of four keys for these two doors, right down to one. It is a life-changer with no fumbling trying to figure out roulette every time that I come home.
With 45 keys inside, I was handed a ziploc bag by the name company at settlement for my condominium , all unlabeled. This is not an exaggeration. After a lot of trial-and-error, I found that a couple of these weren't even for locks. I discovered that I had to have four separate keys for the locks on the front and back door. The bulky jingle in my keychain made me resemble a janitor with a side hustle valet parking.

He arrived to change they would not lock and ended up having to fully reseat glass sliding door lock mechanics because the house flipper did a job and a couple locks. Once I bought a house about rekeying my door, I contacted them. I was told they would give a quote to me and it was $ 19 then. They came but I wasn't home and couldn't contact my wife.
I installed them myself and purchased locks. It took a half-hour and cost less than 1 lock that he wanted to sell us.
As soon as I got home I said"it only cost $19" and she said"when the guy left, he stated'I need $25'" that she gave him in cash.
The locksmith showed up, told my wife he could rekey the lock but with that brand it wouldn't take (he may have used a different word) and wanted to sell her two new locks for a couple of hundred dollars. AND THE NEW LOCKS WERE THE SAME BRAND as the one that he stated he couldn't rekey. She contacted me, I said no, she told him no.
Very prompt and professional. Responded in a few hours and had a tech on site in less than 24 hours. Rates were reasonable. Technician cared about doing a solid job. I trust me and had copies, the technician took his time to give me good replicas. I'd hire these men.

They asked for pictures. They told me I would have to substitute the lock and it would cost over $800.
Contacted a different corporation. They did a hinge slender replaced the cylinder, and supplied 8 keys. Cost $223, including taxation.
If every customer service interaction I had was similar to that! I asked a quote to get re-keying of locks in my property through Yelp. So that I didn't have to return and forth with her a lot, amber replied quickly with each the details. Andre, our technician, gave me a call to let me know when he'd be there and showed up on time. I called to get a friendly customer service tech locks re-keyed the same day and gave our house a two hour appointment window. The tech called and allow me to know he could come early which was fantastic. He arrived and completed the job. He did a fantastic job and was considerate, friendly, clean. He assessed that the keys worked. When I said that I would need to become keys made he said they could be made by him! I was thrilled. I was able to acquire extra keys made right in my house to an store and all of them worked the first time. I paid the specific cost I was quoted about the phone which was less than I expected it to be for same-day services. The cost for the keys was very reasonable. Great service along with the David that came out to our house was great.

The appointment was set up via email with comprehensive information of what to expect if the locksmith arrived to see. The locksmith contacted me prior to coming with an estimate of when he would arrive, which fell well within the time period of this appointment. He arrived on time and initially spent 15 min. When I had decided on the work to be performed, he gave me an accurate time estimate and also walked me through the pricing before he got started. He completed the work on 3 doors inside 1-1.5h. In addition to doing a great job and re-keying the locks, he also gave a great deal of advice to me for ways to safeguard my home.
