9/7/18. Hence the review I supplied was not bogus. It is what occurred. I find it interesting you are exploring a review today (your posted response this week) for an occasion from December 2016. . .nearly 2 years ago. That ought to tell anyone how you are. Your workers don't remember an incident from 21 months ago not completely surprised. If the folks working for you have not turned over by today, wouldn't be surprised. Rather than challenging the reviewer or the program, perhaps you try to run your business and place more focus.

Short review: Perhaps my experience was one of a sort, but I suspect not. They seem disorganized.
Details: after my door handle broke Monday before Xmas, I went in to select and order replacement outside door lock and handle. Selection made, parts ordered and I had been confident parts would be in day. We scheduled date/time to put in based on their availability. Took work off to be house. . .time went and came. Called into office and they said that they don't have record of me . . .no order, no title, no speech. I had been there 4 days before. I went into shop and now they appear to recognize me and start to remember what the work order was. "We can get somebody right out to your home". I needed to prompt them if they had the essential parts, and ask. Great point. . .they don't apparently but could order (again) and do the job weekly. BTW. . .this weekend is Xmas and we're entertaining and also our door is unusable.
Went to Neff's in Lancaster on 3-7-14 to have my 2006 Audi keys cut and programmed. I had been told by the regional Audi Stealership ( Vision Audi/ VW of Berks County) that I had to purchase a 2 part key fob for $250 directly from them, and they would also charge me $100 extra dollars to plan it. At lock and NEFF'S key I discovered Brad Eshelman, a loony good locksmith. I got a Free used Audi A4 key fob and Brad did his thing, and had my crucial cut and programmed for $85.00. Brad even cut me a extra key to open my doors..NEFF'S lock and key and Brad E. would be the best. . Do not allow the dealership (Stealership )inform you they are the ONLY area that can program these security keys... Due NEFF'S....Jay
