Angelo was a simple to do business with. He affirmed the appointment the dawn of and arrived on time to quickly change out locks and provided copies of keys (saving me a trip to the hardware shop ). He was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would strongly suggest Angelo . Fantastic service!

Angelo was on-time professional, and simple to communicate with over text message to program a time for him to see. He lives far away but has been prepared to return to Chicago. He came to replace all the keys, and I was inquiring about deadbolts and he explained to me that it was not necessary as 1 place needed top/bottom deadbolts already so it'd be redundant, and also for another door he was explaining that it would be insecure because of the plating of the door so he did not wish to damage it. He suggested relying on our safety system. I love that he n't tried to upsell me and doing what was wanted. He also fixed the gate and was able to run to get the proper components for me. Later on, the gate fix guys appeared to mess his knob up after I texted him to correct it at no 36, and he was willing to come down all of the way the day. Really appreciate his aid, will certainly recommend to anyone. Thank you Angelo!

Therefore I must of forgot to give a critique to Northside Lock, I've had Ang change commercial safes for me now. Im always bugging him about Ang and another or something and his guys continue to come through for me.

Angelo is a gentlemen that I would suggest to anyone wanting pricing together with support that is spectacular. I decided to go with him because he was genuine and considerate over the phone and called lots of locksmiths before choosing Angelos company. Angelo gave me prices that beat 5 other big competitions out I had predicted. His customer service skills were so I decided to go with him. He is efficient and fast in whatever locksmith needs you might have. I have locks re keyedmetal brackets additional on doors, and locks that were new. The procedure took about one hour and every key worked. He gave me keys and engraved each key with the letters that I needed. I never felt uneasy while he worked and most importantly I feel secure at my location knowing that the guards Angelo supplied are durable and hardy. I HIGHLY suggest Angelos company to a company that won't rip you off and all the individuals of Chicago that is currently looking for a job.

Fantastic service and a price that is reasonable, particularly considering that it was Saturday. . We had been attempting to change an old mortise lock that is double out and managed to lock it didn't have a key for the lock. Angelo opened it called when he was on his way and also added a new deadbolt. All in all. Angelo was I needed to have a whole home re-keyed and hadn't ever employed a locksmith. I lost both keys In the process of moving into a new apt to my storage, and Northside Locksmith was very beneficial. I called the night before and they could come to start the storage to me. Thanks so much for an excellent service and I'll be sure to contact them !

Angelo was good. Speedy response and service. Honest prices. I will not be needing his services , but if I do I would not be afraid to call him.

Very simple to book. My call was taken by the owner on my very first attempt, reserved for the exact week. He had been about 45 minutes late on the appointment, which didn't upset me. The pricing is fair. The issue I have is that he suggested we add our lock unit and an additional component, and he didn't have the bit with him in his motor vehicle. He said they run about $20 each (I'd require 3) and he'd call me that day with a quotation. So two days after I achieved for much more information, he never called. He texted me for coming out, using a $300 quotation, which included another service call fee of $ 55 just. I explained that I thought that should be waived because he'd have done it had he had the parts and he wasn't willing to waive the fee. His work is great, I felt the additional $55 fee was unfair. I would still use Northside Locksmith later on.

My husband called to get someone come out and change the locks on our residence. Angelo showed when he said he did all for and fast a excellent price and would. Much lower than other places we predicted.
