These men are always terrific. I've hired them on behalf of my job, as well as used them for use. They are always communicative and responsive. They cost a reasonable price and do good work. Clint has become the guy I've coped with the most, and he's always been awesome. Highly recommend ODL!
Employed open door locksmith to set up re-key and 2 deadbolts the locks being installed.
Two men did the work. It took them nearly 5 hours. They left a huge mess and billed me $888.36. They wouldn't quote a price over the telephone. They left a key around the front door, which I needed when I watched them making it be given to me to themselves. Oh, and they do not guarantee that their work! Very bad experience.
Door lock failed in my flat and I called Open Door. Clint came within 15 minutes of my phone and got to work. Ended up having to drill out the assembly and put into a new one. Quick, courteous, and sensible. Recommended.

Helping a neighbor who locked herself. Clint said he couldn't get there till close to 10 pm and he'd call since he got close to the area. Sure pm Clint called to say he was and he'd be there in 20 minutes. Very considerate and professional. Got her into yhr home in 10 minutes. Would recommend him.
New to the Place. Home lockout, due to a bad key given to me by landlord. Reception bad in La Selva that I had been frustrated. Tech Clint arrived quickly. He was knowledgable and very professional. Turns the lock out was faulty and there was another in the flat, so that he replaced the lock assembly that is entire. Very nice and useful. For sure, phone Open Door.
