I had an issue with a lock in which it ceased working as it should. I contacted Greg in Pacific Lock and Key and he was at my door ready to fix the lock which within only a few hours. Lock works good, cost was fine. I didn't get several quotes, so that I don't know if he was cheap or expensive or standard market cost, but I felt like it was fair.

He saved me plenty of time, money and hassle to almost any locksmith needs later on, and I'll definitely be calling back him.

Greg earns his top score. He programmed them both all for about 1/3 the cost a Ford Dealership would charge and cut keys for my 2016 Ford Focus, and he did it quite quickly with no appointment. Way to go Greg!
