I reside in the area, and that I go out of the way to store here, even though everything is expensive and both residence Depot and Lowe's are nearby. I do try to support the businesses. I tried to return a faulty light change here ($2.50 cost here, $1.00 at home Depot), and they denied, because their return policy is seven days. Come on. Give me ONE reason. Please. Their customer service is worse than big-box stores.

They're open until 8, that is later than everybody else AND they had the mounts that nobody else needed and Moe is super nice and helpful!!

Kind, gifted. Called to neighbors was hungry. They had been here in 20 minutes, opened the door in three. Me discounted rate because of ease of occupation. I use them for hardware, and as a blonde, I rely upon their advice. Great men all around.

One of just two hardware stores in the region and they didn't have the part I looked for. Nevertheless, they were valuable.

I had Angel the locksmith install and come locks. He was 30 minutes. He did a great job. I gave him a tip. Then I realized he left door shavings all. I said,"would you please clean up that?" He said,"we never wash ." Fantastic policy!! Then I had to provide my credit card info over the telephone. Never using these guys again. Do not bother with them, if you'd like excellent customer support.

Very attentive staff! Helped me in the moment I walked to the moment I abandoned. Wanted to make sure I got no excess stuff and what I needed. That is very much appreciated by me! Fantastic men!

I have been awaiting for my flat for several years and supplies for painting. They take care of their clients there- they are loved by me. They've lumber in the basement- especially good whether you're one of the artists in the neighborhood, to know. They fitted and cut wood and plexi for this, taking more than an hour working to determine the coolest when I had to frame a drawing fast. There's no way I'd have gotten this type of start to finish service at home depot. I don't know whether they let you create any cuts there anymore- . I can't say enough good things.

Superb local hardware store servicing park slope all. I go out of my way to go here. The service is terrific. The owner, ayman, is always prepared to help troubleshoot and find. I have had problems resolved with a single trip from painting materials - to Fifth Ave Hardware, to needing the to crucial replacement, to vacuum cleaner bags . . .you name it - .

Very nice people and good prices. I opened a account with them so that my employees can purchase odds and ends to your workplace without having to pay out of pocket and wait for me to reimburse them.

Park Slope Hardware is situated right downstairs from my office, so even when they had been awful I'd likely still wind up using them. They are fantastic. Very hands on, always seeking to build customer relationships and very helpful.

A small place, and far more suitable than hiking all of the way out to the Home Depot or Lowe's. The staff is helpful and friendly, and they've got a lot of inventory into what is a store, packed.
