Oh MAN am I glad this place has purchased! We've lived in Parker for 22 years and the guy that used to a this had a sign in the door which said"call for appointment"!!! Uh, NO, I'll go someplace else. . These new guys are AWESOME, they saved me a long drive and a great deal of money forcing up to get nailed for doing nothing!
I'll be getting another entry fob next time she's in town!

Door components installed and a service call to have 3 locks re-keyed. Waited almost my 4 hour time slot for a telephone call that the individual was on his way. Called the business to inquire whenever someone would stand out and we found that my appointment hadn't been put into their system correctly (so no appointment on their program for the day). The person on the phone instantly dispatched someone to come to my home (came within 30 minutes) and apologized for the mixup. Once I gave him the key at first the individual did a great job and also re-keyed all locks! I got a second call from, I believe, one of those owners apologizing for the error and stating that that is not how they do business. That call was MUCH appreciated. Mistakes occur. . .it's how they are treated that matter. Thank you and I will use them again!
