These guys are super. Highly recommended. They went over and beyond to help me out. I lost my car keys, they found out I had more then just my keys and came outside to look after that. My car got broken in to, and they stole gas from my tank! They help me and found my fuse was out. Guess what? They took care of that also. Saying that they are a life saver is a understatement.

Do not trust the BS fake reviews. Called and left a message after being locked out of my house, sent email and called multiple times, left messages, all well in business hours but nobody cared to react. I had to sleep in my car. It is now the next day, company is supposed to be open and still no one picking up, no call-back, nothing.

EDITAfter posting this, the owner contacted me and apologized profusely, saying that was embarrassing and that occasionally they subcontract out. He offered to help out us free of charge in the long run if we needed a locksmith and would pay for any other locksmith we'd called, and said he'd refund the fee. Very generous and thoughtful, and I am updating my review to reflect that. I meanwe did get in, and also the proprietor obviously cares a lot about his small business. I am sure you'll never have the same subcontractor come out to your location :)
A service charge charged and departed, saying it would have to be drilled out. He left a little torsion wrench onto the ground, and that a pin from five moments and the floor, we chose the door open ourselves.

Yep! Thanks for the tool that is 35! I will leave it outside in case I ever need it again, but I think I will delete this amount from my mobile phone. Because we had a good laugh, I am not angry.

Locked myself out of the apartment, could not get ahold of the landlord ended up calling these men to come by. After attempting for 10 or 15 minutes, then he declared that the bolt broken, even though I repeatedly told him that was not possible, it was just the doorknob that autolocked behind me and there wasn't any way to engage the spool from the outside without the secret. My partner had bought a cheap lockpicking kit a year or so ago, and I've picked my very own door several times with ease, so I was surprised.

Nim instantly found time and is responsive. We decided we needed to add a deadbolt that was second into our door one evening. I sent a message to Pi Security and got a phone call soon later. Nim got to work, and quickly came over the following day, supplied us with choices. I asked for some advice unrelated to the present petition. Surprisingly, he suggested a couple of resources that he otherwise would charge for (if he did it ). Highly recommend.

Locked my keys and - long story short - it is not possible to have in there without the fob or the key; I had to drive 100 miles. Roadside Assistance was able to get me at the car, but not into the back. . .very secure car or truck. Pi Security was out in half an hour.
It wasn't going to be economical to the worst case scenario of cutting on a key, but the quote was not unreasonable. They found that a workaround to get in less than 30 minutes after they arrived. Locksmith Nim Gil was professional and quite friendly, and the cost was fair and reasonable for the quick job. Highly recommended!!!

So when we called to get costs they forgot to mention that the lavor prices... But made sure to tell us the cost per lock and the service fee. So when I stated okay so trendy. And he charges 160...

I called about a key that was broken to our trucks canopy. Nim was instant to return my phone and schedule a appointment for later in the day to appear and remedy the problem.

I called because my son locked himself during the night in our bedroom and we never owned a key. After calling a few places but they were all closed. PI security solutions was the only real place that called me back. They sent someone over quickly as my son had started freaking out. He got the door shut quickly had been friendly and made us a key for the door.

Having just moved to our new home, we managed to lock ourselves out. Nim was there in under 20 minutes efficient and friendly! Pi is very reasonably priced compared to others in town and if we find ourselves locked out again down the road, we are going to be calling Pi.

Really professional. He called to inform me, when he ran late. When he showed up he delivered and went to work. Smooth process. The issue is to make sure you are on precisely the same page with them about pricing. It was not explained clearly to me and I couldn't help be to feel a little bitterness, while the work was good.

My 2nd encounter was lately my apartment got broken into. Leaving my own I was shaken up. The tech was so friendly and nice and even gave a little focus on my cat! Again, they were friendly fast and dependable - I would highly recommend them!
I found Pi when a secret was needed by me for my Lexus. He made certain both keys worked, the alarm button, truck opener button working which I appreciated.

Her Lexus car key was locked by my friend in the trunk. We attempted several ways before we locate Pi. Those ways didn't work in the end, cost a lots of money and took us two weeks. After looking for a key made with the other company, George from Pi Security Solutions arrived to my home away. He diagnosed that the guy hadn't used the chip key. He made the one, coded the processor, and cut me a break on my bill because I wasted money. These guys are just the best.

Nim was instantaneous and managed to schedule an appointment to re-key my house and put in doorset and a keypad on among our doors. He was polite and very detailed. I really do believe it was reasonable, while I would not say his price is on the less expensive side. His service is worth the purchase price. He managed to answer some questions about the security of my doors. In addition, he did a little work that he didn't need to devote on the extra time. Glad I will not hesitate to call again in the future if needed and called him.

These are your guys, if you will need a locksmith. They're fast, comprehensive, and take the time to make sure that you understand what your options are, educate you on which they did and much more.
