The customer support overall is excellent. It's simple to get in touch with them outside phoning (who likes calling anyone these days?!) Through their website, email, Facebook or Angie's List. They are super responsive, so return to you typically within an hour or even the exact same business day. They are friendly, polite and super helpful. They receive 3 stars, before getting any work done. Soooo many contractors never get back to me, call and leave me long voicemails, tell me they're too busy... I understand this is a simple expectation and should be simple to fulfill but time and time again, I'm surprised by how often others #epicfail at this but Plumb Right gets the #EPICWIN.

Next is their method of estimating and planning... I wanted a shower installing our carriage house above our garage and an addition to an industrial appearing bannister rail leading up the stair that is made of gas piping (installed from the previous owner). The guys from Plumb Right came out over 24 hours to take a look at the distance and to give me a free estimate, no call out fee - justification and another #Win for the 3 stars. What place them up at 4 stars is HOW they performed that the estimate. Following a quick 30-second look when builders pull numbers from thin air, I'm baffled. Frankly, ​that strategy pisses me. I would like to understand HOW a quote is calculated, I need logical, justification and transparency not a'gut feel' or'ball park' because you can not be bothered or aren't able to provide me a better idea: I want to understand dimensions, substances, the measures which will be conducted to execute the job, the rough level of effort, benchmark cost data if possible... These guys had their tape steps out, got in their knees, in their tip toes, they created a sketch to talk through several different ways of doing the job, several risks which may incur additional cost throughout the project, several different trim levels and the way those would change the cost... ideal!!! Their quote dropped of all of these I received but in the center of several others. It was not the very expensive and it was not the most expensive, but I was confident in the estimate Plumb Right I gave me.
I have had two experiences with Plumb Right. I love these guys and I'm generally cynical because of being burnt several times 25, of contractors and a little skeptical.
The project - part one of 2. They completed the changes appearing gas pipe banister​ rail and it looks AWESOME. No joke, it appears exactly how I expected it would, better even!! The project took a little longer than expected and was a bit more complicated than anticipated but thankfully that didn't incur a higher bill. The job has been performed for the quote supplied and the results are not perfect.

Erik went beyond and above. He gave me two estimates to gift to the landlord. You to"attempt" and fix and one to realistically redo the plumbing and shower space. His estimates were extremely reasonable and he was able to even show me. He also said that this job could be completed by several installers since my son is a student with limited time on one day that's a plus.
We arrived to see that the toilet needed way more work than my son described in his brief visit before moving in. The taps almost came from the wall due to a done make over and old plumbing when we turned on the shower. There isn't enough water pressure. The situation was so bad that we had to say in a hotel so that we could take a shower and clean up after two weeks of moving.

My son has just moved into a older unit in St. Paul. So I am here from California helping him move in and get settled, He's a student at Hamline University.
I'm much calmer today and am equipped with the information to share with the landlord to receive my son's bathroom room livable until I return to thaw out.

Plumber came outside to fix the gas , however, dispatch didn't advise us. So came out said they could not do it charged us $60 for nothing non refundable. They told us to have the institution manage the security measures each place scrutinized first they bill us and would return and to be shut off for that also! So everything is prepared, you must advise your clients before coming out exactly what measures need to be taken in detail!

Outstanding!!! He kept me informed as to what he was doing and what the next step would be if it didn't work. He got our drain has not been free flowing because we moved in and it fixed in two weeks.
I wasn't disappointed! They called to let me know he was on his way and arrived within the two hour window. DJ was very polite and had customer service skills and folks! Was even individual with my dog. He wore because he worked foot covers and was very clean conscientious.
After hearing nightmare stories about pipes companies that are certain - I was relieved that they were so lovely!!! And fairly priced! I would highly recommend!
We had a kitchen sink that is badly clogged and I had to choose a plumbing company to come out right away. I have a web site, picked them because they were polite on the phone and are family owned.

We predicted the company having an emergency we handle out of state. They were hauled each step of the procedure and very responsive. They went over and beyond and solved issues we weren't conscious of. I wish their example could be followed by all service suppliers. They not just'Plum Rite" but do it correctly.

I hired Plumb Right to deliver my countertop plumbing up-to-code and ended up repiping my residence. I appreciated the estimate, going over my choices in detail, and also the job done. Devon was easy to work with, confident and friendly. I did find a little leak after the setup, however I called and had an appointment scheduled and it had been free of charge. It's great to have also a dishwasher that is working and water stress! I would suggest Plumb Right.

Let me start off by stating the Plumb Right group is wonderful. I called to get but requested to be placed on a wait list in case someone cancelled the following day. Someone cancelled and they remembered to call me back to see if I'd like them to come. Awesome!! Devon came out. For the service telephone that was $59, he looked at all the other plumbing things, but also my problem that I was putting off for a while. He ended up fixing EVERYTHING within my house: 2 drains were, replaced by water heaters piping, replaced an entire bathroom for bathtubs so they replaced with the vacuum breaker piping for our irrigation system, and now hold water correctly. When it was all said and done, I paid $1500, which comprised the purchase of their Lifetime Service Club Membership ($150). The savings alone paid for the membership fee that will give me 10% off provider and waived service call charge. They had most supplies on the truck. The 1 thing brought, so no one had to leave for the shop. From start to finish, Plumb Right was amazing and that I felt as though I accomplished a lot for our house by the time. No pipes punch list!! Definitely saved me time and the pricing was very fair. I would highly suggest them. They're extremely trustworthy and reliable.

Talked with a referral to some other company, and Nicole who gave guidance and called me back, talked to the master !
In the long run, I found the potential source of water coming out of my ceiling and called back Plumb Right.

The plumber was quite friendly and they took care of the matter but that is pretty much the extent of the review that is positive. They finally just had to snake a bathtub drain and we were billed over $315. When looking at shower draining costs the range for a tub drain according to the List of Angie was $109 to $214. Even tacking about the fee that is driving we were considerably overcharged. Also did not receive an itemized receipt (or some other receipt for that matter due to a technical glitch the plumber said could be cared for by the office and was not ). Be prepared in case you call this firm, to be overcharged for simple jobs.

From scheduling into the actual work done we were very pleased with the professionalism of the company. We appreciated the thorough clean-up.

We've been utilizing Plumb Right for Years. You can expect a friendly and skilled person answering your phone. Their response time has always been excellent. Dale, Devon, D.J. and Marcus work as a great team or individually depending upon the occupation. There's no job too big or to small and they always treat every job. We honor their own recommendations on replacement and repair strategies.
Our final call for support was reacted to exactly the day. They installed a new water heater, water filter treatment system, water softener, mended an issue bathroom, and substitute another. Devon also cleaned a couple drains without us needing to ask. Every year something we do. We believe Plumb Right portion of our loved ones and recommend putting them first on your list of people who to call when plumbing needs arise.

We will always be phoning Plumb Right if we have another issue. Devon functioned on a kitchen faucet which was bound to crack shortly. He had been right now, did a wonderful job and we couldn't be more happy with his job.

We are as proactive as possible about getting things. We've used Plumb Right a range of occasions. It did not take long for them to replace the pipe but also to advocate a business. Friends said that this would be a procedure. Nevertheless, they were rather efficient We've scheduled repairs that are routine using a window of time and they've always responded with a conversation. Devon and D.J have always followed the agenda and are always pleasant regardless of how big or small the job might be. It doesn't need a massive investment of time to get work. However, it does have a big effect on us.

What amazing service given by Plumb Right!! After many calls to additional plumbing solutions, Plumb Right was able to provide support that is prompt. Other companies failed to return our voice messages in a reasonable time since we had an emergency. The plumber knew exactly what the was, explained the fixing procedure, and immediately went to work after obtaining our permission. I recommend everyone and anyone to utilize Plumb Right for their emergency plumbing solutions.

Plumb Right just abandoned. Again they did the job right if the"other guy" didn't. They set up they diagnose properly. However, if you have dogs, then be sure with they leave, that they close the gate to the back yard!

DJ came at 3:00, how much it'd cost and explained what he would be doing. I requested him to also take a peek at my bathroom sink drain and that I thought I might have a leak. He checked the sink and told me it was OK and also determined that there was not a leak by the tub (yay!) . He cleaned. I was charged precisely what I was told by him in the start of the appointment and he abandoned the areas tidy and clean. I will definitely call Plumb Right the next time that I have a plumbing issue.

Within a period of three weeks, my downstairs shower gradually lost water pressure and was only a trickle of water coming out of the shower head once I turned on the faucet. I predicted Plumb Right at 10 AM on a plumber and a Monday morning came the same day, soon after 4 PM. "D.J." inspected my shower, recognized the problem, and informed me how much it might cost to fix it. He tried to spare me some money by substituting some springs but didn't solve the problem. So a valve was installed by him and I have a functional shower. D.J. was quite friendly and did a fantastic job. I would not be afraid to call these folks. The whole cost of the job was $291.00.

Very reliable and professional support. They were able to come out the same day that I called, and so were right on time. Their rates were reasonable and they do not attempt to bill you that the plumber gave tips for things we can do if it occurs again. I would suggest them.

Responsive and prompt. Showed me the way to resolve the problem myself. After unclogging our bathroom sink completely cleaned . Would have never known anyhow our drain was clogged, they were here!

When they said they completed the job and would they came. I loved the time they took to describe how the appliances served and the choices available to repair or replace. They have been neat in work and their look. Professional all over! Costs were mid range to mid but you get what you pay for.
