Jay showed me what was going on every step along the way, and provided choices for the garbage disposal fix based on best price and practice. I am a mom who had been at home with a 1 year old, and they had been so great with being respectful and even chatting and playing with my own daughter.

For ten years, I have been looking for a plumber in Hollywood. I have found him. His name is Jay and he is dependable and quite professional. I've read all the other reviews here, and I agree with them.
The other thing I noticed about Jay is that he uses state-of-the-art equipment. He showed me the scope and it was very clear in colour on the monitor. He also used a metallic scanning scope to find the pipe onto the hillside and he has a state-of-the-art system to line the pipe. I felt quite confident about his ability to do the job correctly.
Jay is a good communicator. He explained beforehand to me. At each step through the fix, the mountain climbed up and invited me to come down and inspect the job. I like knowing that the plumber is ready to explain it and is not scared to reveal his job. Not all plumbers want the homeowner scrutinizing their job. Since he does good work, jay is fine with it.
In sum, I urge Jay highly. He's reliable prompt, thorough and reliable. You can not ask for more.
His crew and jay were professional. They had been so efficient so quiet that my neighbor did not even notice until I texted to let them know that the job was done they were there working. There was no hint of the digging.
The job was very difficult and yet he never complained. He chose to work and did it well and quickly.
The project was complicated because pipecutting and the digging and replacement were performed on the hillside over their house in a neighbor's yard. This is a request for a neighbor get comfy with and to take as you can imagine. However, consent was got by me and I assured my neighbor that Jay would do the job with no disturbance. (Also, I have previously hired four different plumbing businesses, including the two big ones, plus they were rather disappointing. Three of them generated more problems than they fixed. From now on, I will only go to Jay for most of my household plumbing tasks ).

The project was large. It involved welding , jackhammering, refitting, you name it. The job was done, they were referred by me to some other firm I work for - even though it was a toilet pipe leak item. They were glad to get it done.
