Cannot speak highly enough of Chad and of the business. He had been so unbelievably kind and knowing when my 1 year old secured himself in the vehicle on a day. Instead of conclusion he had been so kind-hearted because this mama was feeling dreadful. I appreciate that! Can use this business from here on out!
But guess what, Mr. Professional locksmith did not have the correct screwdriver since it's an old lock. Our home at Munster Indiana is 25 years old ancient is that? Pop A Lock says he find the screwdriver and will run by Home Depot and get back to me . Runs off not to be seen!
On the phone, he tells me to rely on the locks at the door, of which I did. 2 locks, a single at the door and one on the top handle, he counts the deadbolt as two locks, three locks rather than two. The way he sees it locks each door.

I don't understand how this man garnered eleven (11) 5 star reviews but based on my experience with this company if I could give zero stars I would.
Chad the owner responded to my email fast, I told him I work for a company and wanted because the door wouldn't open one of our locks looked at. Chad came in 20 mins and discovered the issue and fixed it! Really friendly and very reasonable prices! That's the way you do business and you have a customer for life, Thanks again Chad! Definitely suggested!
I thought I had to go through the dealer to get another and lost the key that was wise for my 2015 Nissan Altima. I decided to give them a go and read that Pop-A-Lock could get me. Chad programmed and cut me a new key in about 20 minutes. He worked on a different task and remained in contact to let me know when he had been on his way. He was very professional and gave outstanding service! This amount will stay in my contact list.
Got me in under 5 minutes in my home. Once I had already been told out wasn't possible by somebody else. Deff the call I'm locked out.
The guy did a fantastic job, just took him to get a key for my car and it was less expensive than most places I predicted. I would strongly suggest them.

Locked keys in Crown Point in Automobile. The authorities would not come, so that I discovered"pop up a lock". WOW- they were here and had automobile. They told me it'd be 15 minutes. Super quick. They also made me a key on the spot. AWESOME!!
