Fantastic experience! I called on a Monday morning and they had been available for me. I needed to alter the lock of my front door condo and they sent a guy right away! I asked for the purchase price of the fee in advance and they kept their word. Fred was awesome. He supplied keys for the lock to me and did the job in less than 20 minutes. I won't hesitate to reach out if I want them again!

Great service! Aaron did a wonderful job re today keying our truck. If we're in this situation again, will give them a phone.

Follow up: just had another positive encounter with Pop-a-Lock. Mendel re-keyed an whole house. Costs were reasonable. I will continue to use this company.
Derek came and I locked my keys inside my house and let in me. He acted professionally, arrived as scheduled, and was in and out in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend this business and could use them myself! I will also note that this all took place early on a Saturday morning and I had a lot of trouble finding any other companies that answered their telephones or were available...

I locked myself out of my car while out and about around 9:00pm on a weeknight. I phoned Pop-a-Lock and gave the nice guy my info and he said he would contact someone who would call me back shortly with an ETA. An hour passed without a call, so I phoned again and I had fallen through the cracks. I gave my info again and roughly 45 minutes later someone arrived and got me. Not the greatest experience, but at least everyone I talked to was polite.

An amazing experience. While it still ran, I locked myself outside of my car. I called locksmith's and they stated it was gonna be at least two hours until they reach me. But, Pop-A-Lock responded instantly and said"It'll be 45 minutes" Nope only waited about 20 minutes. They're very affordable too! I know the issue and she paid almost $200 to unlock the doorway. Recommend to all!!!!

Individual came out down car uniform within an run. Did not have specialist tools ( a 6 foot long rigid cable ). Popped scratched door and the door lock using the tool as didn't care and let it hit the car many times, swirl marks door and scratches in anouther area of the doorway to the alloy. Phoned supervisor and sent photos, they billed 75.00 at conclusion afternoon, feel desire take to small claims court and find out who has to pay what, how much and for what. Going to get an estimate and have sheriff serve the warrant to appear for the damages to my car.

This company is awesome. While she had been in the backyard with her two small children, 1 day my brothers self secured. The dog jumped on the door within the house causing it to close and lock. AND there is no key with this lock. . .it's hot..it's was a nightmare. She needed to break in the door in carport leaving a wreck and door. Brian was there within one hour. Though the patio door had an unusual lock..he was able to figure it out and replace it quickly. He did it with my granddaughter talking his ear off! He was kind, quick and patient that we'll be phoning him to have him help us make our new home safe so that the grandkids ( Little ninjas) can't get into trouble by getting out into the pool. This was such a stressful situation!

Said tht he would be to our house. No one came here and he said it's because nobody had the secret for my 2006 Chrysler 300. We said we're gonna call a second firm this is around 245pm. He begged us and said he would be here at and he would do 2 keys for 100 bucks. 345pm we receive a call saying the other lock store he is at may not carry the keys however they ought to cause they stated they had it. He says they would have to night him cause they're not in possession of that key and subsequently calls and he can not do it. It 430 in the day we can't receive any place to come outside and that I will miss work and my children will miss college for the person not being truthful with us upfront saying he did not wish to get it done. We were able to get in touch with locksmiths and they stated that it's a key that many lock Smith's have. Worst experience ever to top it off we need it since we had a car while at the gas station and all our possessions were in there. It's why we need the keys to get our car. I don't recommend. They're giving I do not see how they have 5 stars, if this is the service. He must have understood he did not have the key!

Super fast and affordable, company that is awesome. My sister locked her keys in her car and the gentleman meet with me at her vehicle and he had it unlocked in 30 minutes.

Owner attended my lease - Quick service - should be knowledgeable - in and out in about 20mins and very considerate (made key for deadbolt on both sides - indoors and outside and did not even charge me for the other side.

Everything about this company is on the up and up. Like another person said, it was a great service to assist you with a day. Gave me a fair price for an after hours call. The locksmith showed up in 10 minutes to let my loved ones in. It took literally 20 seconds to get through front door and my security door. He even offered to make us a copy of a couple keys once he noticed me ask my wife to, and was friendly and professional. I couldn't be more confident about this company!
