Not needing the service, Todd suggested that I come over to receive my Mazda foab cut that was key and reprogrammed. It took a few added moments to perform this work based on a variety of factors, but mission was achieved. He is a man, perhaps a little cluttered, but an grisly veteran of the trade that knows his secrets etc very well.

Todd in Alcatraz Locksmith is ethical and honest! I needed a key fob for a vehicle I bought for our daughter and the dealer was being ridiculous. I thought I would try out a locksmith and Todd in Alcatraz Locksmith was known to me by my local locksmith. After a substantial discussion with Todd about what my options were, he believed that going to the dealership was the best option since the car I bought was hard to schedule key fobs for. There is a reason why Todd has a evaluation ! I recently locked my keys in my car on my way to school. My husband advised me to call and discovered Alcatraz. Todd was humorous, kind, helpful, and very quick. I felt foolish and was worried I'd miss class. He managed everything so efficiently that I ended up just being a couple of minutes late and put me. He left me a key at no excess charge and gave me information about getting a fob. No one expects to need a locksmith frequently, however I won't hesitate to give more company to Todd if I ever need one again.

You support than with Todd or won't find a better man. Reached out thru text while traveling, because we lost our car keys. He moved out of his way to help me find somebody who could would be able to assist 26, though Todd needed a scheduling conflict. This is no simple job. Plus it had been time consuming. However he discovered coordinated and somebody everything. What's even crazier, he expected nothing in return! Really a godsend in what could've been a beginning to our vacations.

Todd was experienced, extremely educated, and dependable. He fixed my home lock issues and came out. I read a post that was frustrated and gave him a 1 Star. He's occupied for a reason be patient and it will be well worth the wait. I recommend him for any needs that are locksmith, and I found that texts are responded to by him too.

Todd was great throughout the whole process. Communication on great explanation of the plan of action to take to find a home and when he'd arrive rekeyed.

The whole procedure came took about an 1 1/2-2 hours, and now that I have not had any problems in any way with the key.

Todd did an wonderful job helping me replace the missing key for my Prius, although I know that it's a few days late. He was extremely polite, very friendly, and decided to get me throughout the day to update me. Additionally, I have to commemorate him for working to get a half hour at the 110 degree weather with no air conditioner running (my AC doesn't work half the time, and once I came out to test him I felt dreadful.)

I'd lost my car keys to my work automobile (take-home Police vehicle) and has been running around frantic. I did not find the keys which included remote and a town gasoline key. Todd was really professional and went to work launching the Tahoe. Todd afterward re-keyed the automobile and I was good-to-go. Todd was really polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend if you find a need for a locksmith, call Todd. His prices are more than realistic. Looks like I have a locksmith hope its not because I loose my keys !

Absolutely fantastic support from a fantastic guy. Todd gave me a more quote, replied my midday call immediately and explained he would come over to create my key. He made me 2 keys in less than a half hour showed up at 9 on the dot and gave me back my discount and a small extra. He told a couple of jokes and showed my 6 stepson.
I wish more people and companies were like Todd and Alcatraz Locksmith!

So my front door handle eventually died. Because they were used by me a couple of months ago, I called Alcatraz. He requested me made recommendations, and installed the new handle this afternoon. Genuinely excellent people who care. If needed I will call them. The caveat? Be clear if you are tight on time, as they can be so busy they a couple of minutes behind their schedule. But honest, professional, and caring. Highly recommended.

Todd with Alcatraz locksmith saved me as I locked myself outside of the house today. . I was really happy with honesty, his fast service and knowledge. He quoted me level rate and when he got (within 10 minutes later I called him) he made me back indoors in no time with nog hidden fees. I highly recommend him to get of your locksmith needs. I used them in the past a couple of years back. They did a great job, so I phoned them another time, since I had a roommate that transferred out. I encourage. He gave me a quote on the telephone which I believed was fare. I told him I had. The quotation was based on this. The price changed because I had a security door that's keyed on both 19, When the tech came. There was a little confusion, but quickly solved. They did a great job rekeying my locks all. They were tested by me before the tech analyzed the automatic lock and left , all worked great. They're easy to use, came on time, and support. I will use them if needed and send testimonials. They're veterans and that I encourage all businesses that are veteran.

I could not even get a call back or return email. They did not want the job. Could be wonderful to at least hear that.

I had a recut the man was a perfect gentleman. Charged me a price that was reasonable. I see other reviews. He answered the telephone short and Stern but become a man. Cut me a second key for just $5 .very specialist I would recommend him.

I have found them to be professional and reasonable in their services and have utilized Alcatraz in the past for services. Always prompt and considerate. Today I had the joy of meeting Craig in the job site to 14 locks. Not only was the service fast, professional and expertly accomplished, but Craig offered to help with 2"minor" door alterations. I didn't believe they had been minor, but Craig insisted to do this for me as long he was added charge. Why call anyone else when you get professional quality and courteous service with prices?? that is competitive that is great Thank you Craig for a job that is Fantastic

Todd was friendly and timely. He left a key for an present lock a different locksmith said could not be carried out and came out. Reasonably priced as well.
