He showed up on time and altered my locks and gave us keys also. Excellent great support and price. With what locks to select and also in person, I was assisted by him on the telephone. Really wonderful guy and that I appreciated his help. I'll definitely use him again.
I thought I'd call them up to find out what they had to provide and received in the email a flyer for Keys Please. Ernie (the owner) answered and advised me away for the subsequent day.

It was fine that the serviceman could change our locks but when our door would not latch correctly, we were informed we would be billed for a service call. Terrible decision on my part as our home warranty would have covered. And they charged us over the prices they promoted.
Ernie is a good guy and has been at the sport for 30 decades and knows his stuff. He was wonderful to talk to and work with. He helped me create.
I received a flyer with a new move in particular that was re-key. I called that afternoon to set an appointment, and he had been available the next day. Ernie re-keyed my locks all in roughly one hour. I could tell he really cared about the quality of the workmanship! I will certainly recommend him to friends and relatives that need a locksmith!
