United Lock Service

I Discovered United Lock Service from Home Advisor. I was contacted by 3 lock smith firms (all accredited and bonded) and United Lock Service was the best price by far. One of the guys even tried to imply that the pricing provided was because United Lock was not licensed. Before utilizing them, not true; I confirmed. Nathan was scheduled to arrive at 8 a.m.. He was professional and prompt. His pricing was quoted. Once I do, I am contacting Nathan using United Lock, although I am hoping not to require smith service any time soon.

Nathan was prompt professional in every way and to respond. When he was in path with his ETA, very called. I struck a lockout along with my garage and recently lost the garage clicker. It was impressive to see my door is opened by Nathan quickly. The lock now works better and smoother than before and I am going to be using United Lock Service to get a comprehensive rekey of all locks in the future based on this experience and finding a locksmith that I will trust. Excellent experience with United Lock. Nathan reacted very fast and we discussed several alternatives for a tough lock solution for our 2.5"-compact door. He was very customer-service oriented, polite, flexible on a great communicator and also scheduling. Price was very fair for the job which was done, he showed up on time (even called beforehand to tell us he had been on the road ), quickly installed the bronze handle collection and deadbolt goods we selected and cleaned up the work place when he finished. Provided receipt of service statement within a few minutes. Really professional. Would recommend and use again.

This is it if you want an honest service call. He offered me a price on the re-keying on the phone.When he showed up and went over the dilemma of different types of locks ect... He went right to work out of his cellular store in his truck.He checked all of his work and made sure the locks worked effortlessly. Fantastic experience!

Called to have a broken home lock replaced, and Nathan arrived in less than 20 minutes. He had been respectful and friendly. The lock cylinder has been replaced and keyed to match a separate door lock. Work was completed within 10-15 minutes, and also a printed receipt provided. Cost was $75, but believe they have Angie's list coupon as noted by another reviewer. Speedy and competent company, exactly what I had been hoping for!
