Criminals. The locks don't work well. I can use keys should I push on them half way to start the locks.
I had been quoted $49 and charged $509. The guy couldn't even do it all. I'm still paying for the mistake of using this business.

The identical thing that happened to the man who wrote a critique, occurred to me. They quoted a $49 fee, charged me $55 just to appear and then another $ 65 to unlock the door to me! Like I normally do, totally lame, I should have done my homework .
Make this the victim of this outfit represented here. My experience was identical to the person. The dispatcher quoted a cost of $49, once I asked,"What will this price?" The tech wrote up it and I signed the work order for $55. Then as soon as the job was done he added the $65 dollar unlock fee. That is a well-oiled racket, so the fine print on the invoice is disgusting to shield themI don't need to have an estimate, etc..
There should be a score for activity, one star is too many.
The travesty is that when you are near panic for being locked out, you don't do the due diligence and store around. I really don't know if they're just contracted or if the technicians are in on it. Dang, I hate getting screwed.
Beware, do not call this place. We drove home to 3 kids in the car and a locked home. The lady on the phone quoted me a $49 fee and wouldn't offer me a ballpark # to the real"unlocking" of my doorway. She could have quoted me that their most basic service fee is $98, which she had been pleased to discuss when I called to talk with her. When the guy arrived it took him 1 minute to open up our door, about the unlock you can imagine. He billed $49 for the service call and clarified that the 55 pays unlocking the door. When we called back to talk with the secretary, she stated that the cost is quoted on the answering machine before anyone picks up... not so. The process was dishonest unclear and unprofessional. Should have assessed yelp however if it is 113 and your children are exhausted , the last thing you want to do is call a lot of numbers. They are. bummer!
