Primary Locksmith

Called to see if they were last min and fortunately they were. Got a spare car key would have cost me $400 at a dealership and I got it for half the cost. Super quick and the man was super nice.

I needed to pay in case it was impossible for me to open the door of a friend's rental. They were responsive to email ready to be there, ok when I called and told them I didn't need them since the door was open and when I called because I needed help installing a new lock came,

Definitely the best locksmith in the bay! I have been attempting to replace every time was a neglect & my 2015 Honda key fob for a week now. David and I spoke together & in moments we had an appointment. He had been super knowledgeable about the various issues I introduced & was able to cut & program my brand new fob in under 20mins. He can outfitted with a fob manufactured by Honda having a great which was a huge incentive for me. The best David! Definitely will be my go-to going forward.

Moe went is van and obtained his tools. Came in and started using the bedroom door locks. I sat in the living room couch while I heard drilling down the hallway. After some time it got so I went to check on him. He had been finished with installing the bedroom door was working in my dresser as I entered the room, and locks:
ME: Are you going to charge me?
ME: No, you ought to have explained that I am the customer and you're the professional. That the original key would function can you reverse?
ME: What do you mean old keys?
Moe went to repair the Sun room door lockI did not wish to make him feel uneasy by standing over his shoulder, and so I stayed sitting on the couch. When Moe was completed in the Sun room, he came and asked me for key to key and the front door to the sun room. I didn't have key. He then took the lock off the door went into his truck. He had been out there for a while.
ME: Oh wow
PRIMARY: estimate both bedroom locks $125.00
I needed to get to my things in cupboard and my dresser, so I told Moe go
I go try the new key that is crucial to sunlight, while he is out in his van.
MOE: Yes this is an issue: you ought to have explained with me.
I cannot remember if Moe went to repair the metal door in the garage or if he did the Sun room door lock. Anyways the metallic door lock was repaired. I'd told Moe it tightened and just had the right screws.
MOE: they Won't work anymore you have master essential now
MOE: No
ME: (I had been a little concerned that he opened file cupboard with me never being present) I did not complain, I was just worried. In opening the dresser, I continued to see Moe work. He obtained he it opened, although Only a few extra holes with the drill and some scrapes. He initially said he could place another lock back after seeing how difficult it was, but that did not happen, I was just happy he got my drawer opened.
Moe arrived same day (that I wasn't pressing to have same day service).
MOE: Here are the old keys
ME: Will the $29.00 proceed towards the work if I decided to have work done?
He extends out to van and removes the front door lock a time.
MOE: Yes $25.00 a lock
ME: Are there some way to provide me estimate with the advice I provided?
I will leave it 5 stars, to you all to decide or should they be removed from business?
ME: Is it feasible to create one master key for all of the locks (5 doors)?
MOE: Yes I can.
Moe was completed and was prepared to collect his fee. On I'd ask him if he'd give me more of a discount if I paid him in money and he said no. I pulled on my checkbook out and he said no credit or debit card. You'd think a professional would have explained that before he began the work. So he was lucky I'd money.
That is essential for everyone although long to get the picture about how this company treats their clients. They stand by their work. Pictures will be uploaded to reveal to you the work they stand by.
MOE: OK I will deduct my labor cost -$70.00. So $580.00
So I am rather lame when it comes to what questions to ask, I have not ever used a locksmith earlier. However, Moe let me know and also make suggestions, and should be the professional?

I did not expect the cost to be that far.
Me: Oh I did not know that door original key wouldn't work anymore? You did not describe me that? We have an issue? I want the home key to open the door. I have many different people with same keys.
Is that the top lock hasn't yet been repaired but replaced. OK new lock but it was a different colour than the bottom? Also you have to give it an extra pull or push door to lock the lock that is new. I thought because it's a lock and that that it has to be broken in. So I did not mention anything at that time.
1 metal safety screen door lock to be repaired,Dresser drawer lock (lost Crucial ) and File cupboard lock (lost key)
MOE: lent me $650.00
2 bedroom door locks to be set up,1 sunlight door lock to be repaired,
MOE: your file cabinet opened.
Moe got done with all the door. I stuck it and took my home key and it turn into lock position ok. (I should have closed the door and tried to lock and open it that way) However, I did not.

I just purchased the rekeying for the property now. Someone was sent by them fast and completed within 15 minutes. That's fantastic!
