I called early in the morning around and the technician was at my home within thirty minutes. The fast and friendly service amazed me!
There was a discrepancy about the price I was quoted. The amount was greater than what I was told over the phone. Within a day the company's owner personally contacted me to go over the price gap. He was nice, explained the mistake and refunded me the difference. It's challenging to come by five star customer service these days, but this business takes care and pride in their standing.
They charged us $1100 to drill out a lock we dropped the secret for. I was the lady we had viewing the house and inaccessible. They refused to remedy the circumstance and totally took advantage of us. They kept bouncing me about to"managers." This place should be shit down.
I called my friend to substitute the lock now a lock smith. Just 2 lock, the tech over billed nearly to $300. Since we did not have the key. We ask him before he began work. He quoted $140, so we said proceed. It wasn't $140. It was close to $300. We did not want to contend with him. My friend was told by him it is alright, u can get it reimbursed from boss. Lock smith has no idea that he is the boss. What a ripped off!
