Rapid Rooter

Early 1 morning I found my laundry room and half of my family room downstairs bombarded with not only water, but some kind of black sludge intermittently throughout the water. I called a company I found on the List of Angie. She told me exactly what my issue probably was but they gave me their number and recommend these types of tasks to Rapid-Rooter Plumbing. I called and informed of my difficulty. Jason and I spoke. He explained he'd get hold of one of his plumbers and call me back. He called and said the plumber's name contributed into my house was TJ. Jason stated TJ would likely would be here in about half an hour. Well, TJ was friendly yet professional and was here in 20 minutes placing me at ease. I am a senior citizen and am not all expecting of people. I explained how it had apparently occurred, once I let the water I couldn't know how that could be. I was told by TJ that is was an easy fix and what the issue was. Explained exactly what the fee would be and what he needed to do. AMAZING! I knew I had been looking at a thousand dollars worth of plumbing repairs. TJ told me they was sorry to leave a wreck to me and only cleaned up their own mess. What a superb young man! He cleaned a lot of it up for me without my even knowing until he'd left and I went downstairs to face the mess.TJ is a outstanding plumber and a fantastic asset to Rapid-Rooter Plumbing. Cost was quite affordable. I've feared EVER having to call a plumber because I have heard some horror stories and know that there are businesses on the market that over charge and cheat people. Bad rap to the companies that are good such as Rapid-Rooter. I will recommend them to everybody I know. I will not fear or wait to call them when a plumbing issue occurs. I must say, I will ask to be my plumber should I must call. My difficulty allows, and if he isn't available at the moment, I will await TJ to become accessible. I take pride in your profession and can see you're a man of ethics; going beyond and above what my occupation called that you do.

I'd my irrigation flow valve so that I did not have the time to receive quotes changed while out of town. Rapid Rooter showed on the HouseCall App plus it had two references. I made the incorrect choice when choosing the plumber. Yes, they have been quick to respond and the repair is adequate, but you might ask? They billed me $900 to the same support my neighbors paid $400 for the next day working with a different plumber. Same pieces. Same issue. Don't use this business unless you have deep pockets and money to burn. Their high price tag is probably why they have so much available time to respond so quickly to support calls. They've lost any chance at getting my company.

On the first business day following Christmas, when they're probably active, I called. I was told by them they'd have someone there within an hour. The man arrived assessed the situation, as promised, and said he would have to find another person to help with the machinery. They fixed the issue in a hour. Superb! They were courteous, and wore when walking to the home, were dressed in company uniforms, shoe covers. Pricing was good. Overall, an excellent experience in a market where fraud overcharging, and customer support are all too prevalent.
