Right On Time Locksmiths Services

Needed to change out the locks onto a new residence. On the telephone was quoted $35 for the service call, plus"beginning around" $29 per lock. 5 locks altered, billed over $800. I should have asked for a quote once the guy arrived, but I did not think I had to, and this was paid for by me. On top of that, locksmith arrived about a half hour. In terms of installing the locks, then he did a good job. Although he said it would take him an hour, and it took 3 hours. Would have given one star, but that I guess so that the job was not completely effed, just far more expensive than anticipated, the doors lock. Get cost in writing, if you use these people. I learned my lesson.

Don't use this company. Spoke with David and set up an appointment for a locksmith to come out and give a quotation to me. I was clear that it was for a quotation; no job. Additionally, I told him what our hours were. I receive in the morning and there's 3 telephone calls from this company. I call the tech and told him what I communicated to David. He said that he wasn't notified that all I had was a quotation. I called the company and talked to a jerk who had the audacity to hang me up and kept interrupting me. That's not a fantastic way. I called back asking to talk with David and was advised that he wasn't offered. Don't waste your time. Unprofessional and exceptionally rude.

Um what the hell is with them hanging it up and picking up the telephone? I can hear people in the background at the period of time the telephone is between down and up. Are you stupid?

Worst locksmith of my life. Quoted me a certain cost for coming out ($29 for service telephone, $10+ for labour based on the kind of lock) The guy took one look in my apartment building and local and told me it was likely to be $120 to start my door, plus the charge of the service telephone (altogether $150). I asked why, and he explained that he was not likely to have the ability to pick the lock it was likely to be difficult to open the doorway. It took him 1 minute to open the door from the interior with a silver rod, so it was a lot easier then picking the lock. He took advantage. DO NOT USE THEM, you're warned.

Worst locksmith experience ! They were higher than they quoted me on the telephone when they arrived. They sent two kids who were contradicting each other all around the place. They were trying to carry me for what but I was distressed to have the task allowed them to perform the work. I needed to go to work and they had me call into the company in a credit card that I did, if they finished the task. Come to find out they neglected to change one of those locks. I have called many times and they claim that there is no way they only charged me and the locksmith would have forgotten to change a lock. This is a lie. To change the lock.
