After I arrived back home from dropping my boyfriend off at work this afternoon, I ended up breaking my key within our crap-tastic door lock (it sticks). Fortunately, I ran on to this place, San Marino Lock, Key & Safe (a subsidiary of Lock-Up, Inc.) and they were terrific! The key was twisted and all twisted, and one of those craftsman - worked! Kourosh of San Marino lock and key is an absolute angel! I took my dogs outside one last time 1 AM this morning and I could not get the door open, when I got back to the condo and then my key broke in the lock. I worked down the list of locksmiths calling 13 firms before I got to San Marino lock and key. Thank goodness Kourosh answered the phone and came over in under 20 minutes. He had the open in under five minutes and was polite and respectful. I am so very grateful A++++!!
