The tumbler was loose, so the key would not turn the lock and the door would not open in any way. What a hassle having to use each time to the passenger door to unlock the doors, then walk back about to get in the drivers seat. The lock was a little funny because I bought the vehicle, I do not use it frequently, so it was not a major deal. Then it stopped working all together. Help. So a buddy suggested I try them, and had a good experience.
I took my door apart called Riverside and they had been at my house at 15 minutes, removed the locks, got my keys, cleared up thoroughly, and informed me the following:
Sir the wafers in the lock have broken apart, I am likely to take the lock apart, clean it, replace all of the broken wafers, re-laser cut your keys in order that they work correctly, since they're worn, and Ill be back with everything in the day. And that is precisely what they did. The tech that reacted Bill was a professional who was great. My locks work there was no waiting, and the price was quite fair. I would definitely recommend.
