Roca Lock & Key supplied exceptional service once I called for a fix. The call was handled by myrna much professionalism and Eric came out and made the fix all in exactly the exact same day for a fair price.
I've used 3 occasions to Roca's services, and have been fully satisfied each time. I strongly recommend if in need of a locksmith.
Other places I called charge a fee to come out in addition required which can be somewhat pricey.

Great professionalism and honest work. Had a problem with my door lock my vehicle. Roca unjammed my car door but required some time and explained to me exactly what steps they took and a few options on fixing and repair.
All the reviews are not any joke and if I have any problems or issues they 'll definitely explain it and provide alternatives that are affordable to you. Ill certainly know who work and to consult with later on if I have any trouble in the future.

Roca rekeyed 10 locks in about 2 hours in my property. The tech was very professional and accommodating. Roca has the best cost in the region. Roca is currently definitely going in my contact list.

After we came, while Carlos did his magical, we had been invited to the shop and seated in air-conditioned room with the staff. We had the idiot inside 15 minutes. I cannot recommend Roca enough. Boyfriend desperately needed a transponder key because of his Toyota Camry 2007, which can be scheduled for transport to some other country in two days. We stumbled upon this jewel on Yelp! And decided to give a call to Roca. We were greeted by Carlos, who not only accommodated our urgency by opening his shop to us on Sunday, a frequently closed business day, but also by giving us the cheapest quote (around 40% lower) compared to the 4-5 other shops we contacted.

They Are the Best! I have not found any firm that has this much selection nor as good of service!! I urge them to anyone and everyone! I'll be a forever customer!

I called in on a Sunday, unaware that they are closed, and also the man who happened to be there performing inventory picked up and said he would be able to help me even though they are closed. He had my own keys replicated and was extremely nice and helpful. The keys work good.

Highly recommend getting help from these men. I locked my keys in my vehicle and moved to Montebello mall. I phoned Roca locksmith. They did not beat around the bush like the remainder of the trucking companies I called. Christian came out to help me. It was Friday and about traffic time so that I understood and was fine. Super pleased with them!

This is my very first review on Yelp and man is it well deserved!!!! Therefore I have an S-type jag & I dropped my key, the car had been at my house but after a week I gave up looking. Called they & Jaguar dealer desired 550$ TO MAKE ME ONE KEY:o I precede to call 4 other locksmith & all said they could not do it? Jags I guess are just like a rubix cube to them? Wtf~ Then I went to Roca & Merna, I hope that is the way she spells her name(very pretty too) said sure they could probably do it & the tech would call me back by the close of the day. :)

I recommend Roca Lock & key!!!!! I went to create 3 copies for my scion, and get a remote control to be able to lock and unlock my doors from the outside with only a push of a button. The cost was super cheap, the staff was quite friendly and it took 30 min. The location also has parking which is super awesome.

I moved to find a dual sided key copied and that I had been quoted $2.75+tax ( I sent a text picture message of my key) and when I got into the shop that they wanted to charge me $4.50+tax. There seems to be miscommunication amongst the workers.

Purchased a remote for my new car after waiting for them to put in it after a hour I am told by them they couldn't program it I had to visit a merchant. Please don't sell remote that you're not likely to have the ability to program.

Awful support. . I needed the battery to b. . I left them for more than a week..it is incredible when I went in the end of the week to get my own key..the battery had not been changed..seriously. .
