I had a clog clean out. Rooter Hero dispatched Freddie Ponce support technican. He evaluated the situation and provided great support. The most stood out , especially when explaining the root cause of my problem. I give him and his group 5 stars. Thanks Rooter Hero for your service!

Go to craigslist and get an independent for small or even more significant difficulties.
I would not trust this company for as far as I could throw it. You might have a minor plumbing problem as you see in some other reviews.
You call them to get them solve it to you.
They will create a large problem that is false so they can bill you a sum of cash to take care of job that you don't actually require.
Use these men to your peril.

I had experience that is horrible. Two men arrived, worked in my kitchen sink, it was drained slow. Where is the access before they begin among the guy asked me. I requested back, why you need to know now, mine is slow if you use the snake, it will opens. They tried to earn more income from me.
This should be 0 star or stars! Do not use this business, even consider to use.
They created noise under my house and began work, like scraping pipes. I thought they will break our plumbing. Anyhow they finished.
I could not to go inventory and work in the house all day.
Rooter Hero called me after I solved the issue, said they will send people. After 2days after! I requested them cash back. I didn't observe the amount charge back to my account for more than 10 days, although they said ok. I finishes up dispute my fees.
Next morning another plumbing company arrived solved issue easily. As Rooter Hero used, snake same was used by them nothing large job.
I phoned themthey said they will send people 8-10AM. I called again, the time 10AM-12PM shifted, nobody showed up, this repeats till 5:30PM. Nobody called me back. I made an appointment with a different plumbing company and give up.
I found my kitchen sink was backed up next morning. Worse than it was before they did.

Do not call this provider. Clearly they're out to take your own cash (overpriced) and have people working for those who are favorable but understand less about this kind of work than any practical homeowner using a access to YouTube videos.
I asked they may have caused and he kept repeating that is stick the camera in and attempting to determine where the clog is. In addition, he said he was sure that the pipe has collapsed and that the snake broke and I need to replace the sewer line.
Terrible experience. Don't make the same mistake.
I had him clarify and confirm what had occurred, took photos and stood alongside this accredited plumber. He could not believe it either.
I known as Rooter Hero for out and had a sewer line. I'm giving 1 star because I was contacted by them fast and came within the time they said they'd. The first"technician" J. was considerate and friendly and completely clueless. We had the sewer line cleaned a few times so I'm familiar with the procedure.
I tried phoning their manager to chat about this circumstance that someone will contact me, nothing else has occurred.
He had been frantic and explained a bit of the snake snapped off using the trick. He kept telling me" that you get a massive problem here, I must call my specialist using the camera". I pointed out that a camera can't do anything and I asked him to keep clearing the line. I said what is the point, you told them to get out their gear that is broken and can not find anything. He said they can not do that!
I shipped off them called instantly another company.
He put in the camera since I had been concerned that something was ruined, but there wasn't any visibility and he determined the obstructed area.
T. Said he'd write me an offer about the cost of any sewer line work. Then he showed a paper with 5 estimates ranging $3800 to $23000 to me. Yes, you're reading!
They came out and within 10minutes cleared the sewer line, then pulled the broken gear, noticing the snake was put. The checked everything for harms with camera and hydro jetted online.
I said that there was a cutter tip used to get through the roots which had caused problems and showed him the clean out. First he wanted to go in the home and work on these drains. I explained that the home was nice and he must start working outside. He eventually began. I went back inside and after a few minutes I heard a loud noise almost like a explosion and dashed out.

Oh, Rooter Hero, just how far you've fallen in my book. My experience was wonderful today, but those warm feelings were wiped out from the incompetence.
I got a coupon for $329 in the mail for a water toilet setup, includes new toilet, setup, and removal of toilet. Looked so I phoned them on Thursday to create an appointment for Sunday. I confirmed with the woman on the phone that my coupon was good and that there weren't charges or any other fees for this particular job. I called the afternoon of my appointment to affirm that the technician will come to set up a toilet and the telephone operator checked with dispatch and confirmed. The technician asked me, arrived and looked at my older toilet, and showed up on time.
While the technician explained that the coupon no longer applied because they no longer had those toilets in stock, I was totally blindsided. What?! Why didn't the telephone operator tell me this? How come the telephone operator didn't mention this? Why'd I wait around on a Sunday that is beautiful for the technician to come to my house to inform me??? Why did he care whether I had the coupon or not? Either the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing at this organization or something weird is happening...

Rooter Hero saves the day! My Labor Day Monday was a disaster my old sewage system eventually gave out. I phoned rooter enthusiast to come outside to help me fix my pipes issue and my friends ( Adam, Rudy, David, Antonio, Angel) really pulled a project that I thought would require no less than 5 days they pulled it off in 3 times replacing my whole sewage system beneath my home to the front of my residence. Even though the cost was really high I feel like those guys worked so hard they deserve a raise I never noticed a complete sewage system is replaced by anyone below a home fast with no leaks. I had a tub drain clogged. A technician came twice to fix it but it could not be fixed by him. Then Adam came, he is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He'd fixed the issue in 15 minutes.

To unclog our kitchen sink, I had John Castaneda as the support tech. He's professional and courteous. He explains the situation and give the estimate to honor the 77 since we've got clean out right under the sink. He used the snake instrument and pushed all the way 75 ft. I have utilized other technicians in earlier times but he actually stands out of other where some are lazy or halt the snake as soon as clog clear.
After the work is finished, he cleaned up. I highly recommend him and will only ask for him later on.

Don't make the exact same mistake I did. In summary, I ended up paying approximately $450/hr to possess my own pool deck drains. I requested them to stop the job until it was finished, since they needed to charge me even more for some"special" tool to use when they found some origins in the line.
Then, as the final insult, they broke one of my fine brass drain covers (how do you split a brass cover?) . I gave the receipt to them, and they promised to deduct it from the invoice. However they never did.
Stay away. I can not recommend this outfit.
Update: They didn't wind up reimbursing me for the drain.
So they can charge us more, the service man spent a lot of time asking my wife how much our pool price, along with other queries, which made it look like that had been probing us to see how much money we make.

Beware! 3 men spent hours although they replaced some pipes under the house, they charged $5250 for one year guaranty. They would have guaranteed for 3 decades, if I'd paid $8000. I am 82 years old on a fixed income and feel taken advantage of. The city is currently coming out to inspect the work and I will be asking more questions. I'll say the guys who did the work were polite. But as I mentioned beware. That was $450/hour per individual.

We had a gentleman Johnny Castaneda come to fix our sewer drain pipe that is clogged. I call the main number and they told me that somebody could be out to repair/clean the drain between 9:30-10:00 am. Johnny was very professional and arrived on schedule. He used the appropriate equipment and cleared the drain in under that 1/2 hour. Friends of ours have used this service previously and recommended us. I felt the price for the repair was very affordable. I would strongly recommend Rooter Hero along with Johnny Castandeda to other people.

He arrived in the time the call was placed, within one hour all our pipes were cleaned out and working.
We were having a water back problem in our shower , we asked tony again as he done a fantastic job last time and has been to our home and called rooter hero.

Told us all of this knowledgeable information we had to understand so this wouldn't happen again.

On Mr. Akhorian, the owner of Rooter Hero, perhaps instead of responding to critical reviews with platitudes about Your Business and your employees, you could Concentrate on conning of vulnerable Clients Such as senior citizens and addressing the issue: your apparent scamming:
(3) you use pressure tactics in an attempt to get obligations for future work?

Just look at the reviews on Yelp to receive a sampling of the unethical and unethical business practices that happen often. For example,
(6) you don't keep scheduled appointments nor do you telephone to re-schedule;
(1) you don't honor published discount coupons:
(2) you overcharge for minor and significant work;
Reputation and also the image of your company would enhance and you should spend more time addressing these issues and you'd get negative Yelp reviews.
(5) you perform allegedly shoddy work that needs to be redone (as mentioned by others)
(4) you dissuade efforts to get second opinions (likely because another opinion would reveal the additional job is not required as others have mentioned);

They do good job, although they aren't cheap. Eddie and his staff were helpful, and worked long hours to get the job done as fast as possible. They re-did my entire drain system, both beneath moving to the street from the house and the house.

I had been having a problem with my line to my plumbing. Rooter Hero was called by me and they have been prompt to come out to help repair the problem. They were knowledgeable about what was happening and what further needed to be accomplished. Even though their I mentioned that that my garbage disposal had been broken and was not working either and the gentleman said I could take a look at that. He help me fix it also. As I'd tried several times myself. Nowadays not lots of people go out of the way. Their service providers and this organization do. Even telling me they'd be delighted to place a call into my landlord to spell out him the problem. I'll be using them again if needed later on.

The home owner then went to the property as we were told the charge to fix was going to be significant ($10,000 range) and we needed to shut down all the companies in the complex. After the property owner came, the story did not make sense and the manager refused to show pictures. Then he decided to call a plumber that snaked the line and came out. It took him and that he pulled wipes, not dirt up. There was nothing wrong with the line.
So, three companies were shut down and lost money and"Rooter Hero" tried to scam us into spending approximately $10,000 into unnecessary work (along with also the companies would have been shut down for two weeks ). A plumbing company that was different finished within 10 minutes the work.
Since I had a crisis in a commercial building, I called them. The first plumber was not able to wash out the clog from the sewer line. He told me that he had used several different attachments with blades on his snake and that he pulled sand up although I was no longer in the place and was just mud - to him suggesting a broken line. His manager called me and verified the first claims that Gabe stated there was a discrepancy from the story. . .Gabe told me it had been 30 or 40 feet towards the road, the manager said it had been 30 feet from the back of the building - a difference when you are talking a possible sewer line failure.
Never use them.

Predatory business design. Horrible. They take advantage of ppl and rip them off. They wanted to charge me 10x what a normal plumber could - no joke! It was a snaking job that is simple. . Flush your lineup. For 3k? Dismissed them and got it done by another person.

I've been attempting to reach their main office in regards to a bill. The number the girl's name is Lily, She never answers the telephone as she's never there. Voice mail isn't checked by them, nor do they return calls. In addition they gave me a different number. Hows does a company office conduct when there's not any office employees to assist those people who have given 28K to do a job that is repipe to this business. I find it very inconsiderate with the amount we paid, and they refuse to return a telephone. This really is a business practice.

Quite happy with my experience with Rooter Hero. Since I had been having trouble with a sink drain, so I decided to give them a try, I saw their ad. They had handy appointment windows out there in the near future and ended up quite beneficial and sending Adam, that had been on time. Speedy service and fair pricing- I will be using them again!

For fixing my own clogged tub and Rooter Hero thanks Adam! Adam came over before the he came, and there was good communication between the dispatcher and right. Adam immediately assessed what the problem was and went directly to work! He was able to fix my pipes dilemma at then 20min. Enjoy he wore home shoe sheets and cleaned after he was done.
