Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Dave the plumber came to clean my kitchen sink's drain difficulty within 90 minutes of my call to Roto-Rooter - 30 minutes early. He was extremely courteous professional and quite helpful. Dave assessed 4 times to make sure the sink emptied and snaked the clog out. I can't tell you just how much I appreciate his capable and fine work. Roto-Rooter is strongly recommended by me. I'd love to add that Dave fixed our problem although his job day was finished.

Don't use this organization.
Technology shows up and quotes us $321.
They refused to quote a price over the telephone. We needed a principal line clean out which ought to run in the neighborhood of $120.
Terrible experience with this provider.
Little did he realize that he had been talking to my plumber husband.

I would give Roto Rooter 0 stars if I could. You charge for services they overcharge you when it is time to cover the bill and they said they cleaned do not even perform and ask why its so large they can not even explain the things they did or charged to the client. To put it simply if you call these guys you'll get overcharged, you WILL see items on your bill. Plumbing company in KC away from the BIGGEST rips off. Call a small business who will really treat you right and do what they say they will do!

I called them on a Saturday they stated they couldn't make it out that afternoon but they would put me on a service call for the following day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. When they had not showed up by 1:30, the following day I called back, I was told by the guy I was not scheduled for now I had been scheduled for tomorrow, which was obviously completely different when he scheduled the ceremony than what I was told by the guy. They told me no difficulty though they might fit me before 5:30 p.m. I'm writing this review at 5:45 p.m. since I had to cancel the telephone since they never showed up. I called the dispatch one time to test in on my appointment but I had been told he was busy and would call me back of course he never did.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. I called at 4:45pm on a Thursday and dispatch (Annette) stated they would have someone in my location by 8pm. And hour later I got a call that my tech was on the road. Shows up AMBER!! She so kind, professional and considerate. She diagnosed my dilemma quickly and educated me on the misconception of placing lemons down the drain that seems to be the root cause of my issue. It was the best sewer connected experience I have ever had. I am hoping never to call them back together with my lemonless understanding that is disposable but if I do I will call and ask for Amber for sure! If it enabled for it, 10 Stars would be on this rating!

Did not deliver the ideal gear for the job and had to pay somebody else to complete the job. Our appointment was in the afternoon on Friday after he arrived and the technician was on his weekend. Fantastic luck should you use them.

My parent's basement flooded and we needed to locate the issue. Dave, our technician, was helpful and professional and understood just what to look for. He used a camera to diagnose exactly what was wrong and recommended next actions to repair the issue. He answered all of our questions and was knowledgeable.

I had sewer water and with one call I had. The simplicity of phoning and making to request a service tech made me feel comfortable I was in great hands. They called to let me know my tech was about 15 minutes off and Dwayne (tech # 3453) came shortly after. He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and exactly what the problem was. While he was here I remembered another drain. I asked if he could take a peek and he was happy to assist. I'd definitely recommend. Fantastic experience!

Very plumbing support. Fixed my shower faucet that was leaking quickly and prompt. Chris and Curtis were meticulous and excellent . Very knowledgeable. The job was done in less than an hour and didn't cost a fortune for their job. Free recommended solutions to see my pocketbook and estimates which is always a plus. Will call them to do more work soon that has to be done.

Updated inspection. I known as Roto Rooter and was in a horrible pinch. Customer service was amazing. . .totally accommodating, pleasant and beneficial! My tech Keith was wonderful. Totally fantastic experience and I'd use them again!

We noticed several issues, and recognized the issue : lush tree root infiltration. He wrote up a proposal for replacing this section of pipe in a means that would solve the issue. We decided not to at this time due to financial situation, but now have a far greater comprehension of what's really causing the issue and know what to do to fix it.
Basement flooded due to tree roots, and we had been at a jam. Had some urgent items to attend to. They could find someone over there! He (Jason Meyer - 0131) recommended doing a camera diagnostic in addition to the snake to clean the line out. We've had a number of occasions before to them snake out the roots, so this would hopefully shed light on whether there's anything else to do about the issue.

They were great. Wish I hadn't waited so long to call them. I had been too afraid to call, believing they'd find all sort of problems. But they fixed it quickly and you've gotta love the guarantee. Thank you, Roto Rooter! I am not scared to use our pipes anymore.

We had to call Roto Rooter out today for a crisis to clear a main line since our basement in garage started to flood. I appreciate the fact that they called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment so that I could go about my day. He was quite professional and my tech was 0236, Michael and considerate and I appreciate what he did. He walked through the process of why it occurred and what happened and when and if I could do anything about it to the future he explained everything in layman's terms that was really sweet. He did such and everything a thing that is timely that it helps. Will definitely be using them again particularly since the cost was good

Figured out Sunday morning that I had a leak from my kitchen sink. Ended up being my garbage disposal. I called Rotorooter and they set a time up then and there. I didn't have to wait. I had been provided a window when they'd be there (I must choose the window), and they called me and were all there within 30 minutes of the window that I setup!!! I was so worried I was going to have to wait until Monday. Thank you for taking the strain Allan S., my tech was Will definitely use them again!

Although the promise of a tech being available didn't end up being true, the following day when they did get here , they were clean, professional and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. Our tech Dwayne did a fantastic job!

Able when suitable for you, to schedule service. Had been given an hour time frame, called and arrived now.

I scheduled our visit online. The plumber came out as soon as the dispatcher said he would. Our problem was repaired to your cost. I use rotor rooter each time I want a job done immediately.

We had a backup in our basement from our primary line being clogged with tree roots. This is actually the second time we've utilized the line to be cleared by Roto Rooter. Chris Ladesic was considerate and friendly, taking the time to remove my door to get the device through without slamming it up. In addition, he spent a fantastic amount of time in my problem (close to an hour) conducting the rooter to its full length to guarantee that the line was clear. In addition, he advised a follow-up to address some problems he believed we had together with our main sewer line. Overall, I was pleased with the service and would recommend it.

Had a sump pump failure during recent storm. Garrett (Tech #358) arrived promptly and replaced the pump. No hassles. No drama. Great professional occupation.

I have used Roto-Rooter previously and Roto-Rooter was chosen by me, after obtaining a few quotes to repair the line. I was extremely pleased with their reaction time and communication. The day of this job, Mike & Mike were onsite were pleasant and did a fantastic job of excavating about my landscaping. They answered all my questions and I could not be more satisfied. They were fantastic!
